Before ordering, I sent an email about your recommendations for pain relief. I received a response within 48 hours (fast these days) and then ordered the White Widow. When I ordered, you had a special, 10 + 10. So far, 14 out of 16 have germinated. Over 80%. Can't beat that. I will be germinating the last 4 seeds in a couple of days. I do know that you will be there if I have any questions or concerns. Will keep you informed about the yield I receive. Thank you for your time and keep on growing.

Overall Great experience in all regards!

I have ordered both autoflower mix packs and feminized mix packs on separate occasion, plus individual seed strains, and every order shipped/received very quickly with no issues. I even screwed up one of my orders and customer service was able to correct my order to what I intended to order, and did so immediately. Every single seed I started germinated quickly without fail. I harvested my first batch of autoflowers last week and I am blown away by the size, quantity, and most importantly the quality! I will continue to be a loyal customer and will get all my seeds from ILGM! Very Highly recommend!

Would give Zero stars if I could :(

After spending over $500 on four different strains, we started some of the seeds but had over 25% not sprout. We've been growing for years and even tried tricks from the ILGM grow Bible. Some of the seeds that did crack, produced ill looking seedlings that are not as strong as their siblings that did look normal. The packaging is a basic bubble envelope and the seeds are in tiny plastic bags inside. That is hardly enough protection to prevent damage during shipping. I've had *flat* tomato seeds sent in better packaging! They have to know this isn't safe, so I figured returning them would be easy since they brag about their 100% germination guarantee. That said, I spent almost 2wks of back and forth via email, trying to get ILGM to send me a shipping label, so I could give them the bad seeds, and get better seeds in return. Claire from Customer Service said she is overseas so she can't do it, and no one at their US facility in California, could help either. If this happens to you, don't believe it! When a company gives a person the ability to generate shipping labels, that same person can create a label to go to any location, it's the same program/ system. The entire return policy is shady and made me feel uncomfortable. You're sent seeds from a distributer in your country, to mail bad seeds to an overseas address, but can't be given prepaid shipping to do so, and you can't mention what's in the package??? Claire from Customer service was unhelpful then became rude and accusatory. When I asked to speak to someone else, she never did, and I didn't get help. I had to dispute the charges on my Credit Card in order to get any resolution. Save yourself grief and don't waste your time with ILGM.

Great customer service. Great product

Great so far. I had no issues getting credit on some seeds that did not germinate. The seeds I recently bought from you germinated just fine. Growing like a WEED. I just need to improve my yield.

I had an issue with germination and ILGM responded quickly

I had a situation where my seeds didn't germinate and Alex in support took care of everything very quickly and is shipping out to me some replacement seeds that should grow well in my environment. I am happy with ILGM support so far. I will continue to keep you in the loop during my growing season. thanks Russ

Disapointing

I've purchased with you before with fairly good results, but had one strain herm out on me. On this purchace we had quite a few that never sprouted & out of the 5 critical mass seeds only 2 sprouted & they ended up being auto flowers instead of normal. Wich I count on for cloning reasons. I reviewed my invoice & no where on it does it say auto flower. I must say I am not very happy with this purchace.

Fast delivery, fast germination, inexpensive, and friendly people.

My order arrived much sooner than I was told it would take. I received my order within 10 days after ordering. I received emails alerting me to the timing of delivery, and was given an opportunity to ask questions. It came with an animated video with information on how to be successful for new growers. Great information and quick shipping

Out of the 10 seeds 5 germinated using the glass of water method the 5 that did not were placed in paper towel and still didn’t germinate. The 5 that did are growing well.

An excellent example of customer service and satisfaction

I ordered 20 seeds total, had pretty good results with a number of seeds that did take at all (these things, they happen). While the majority of them took with no issue I reached out to the ILGM support and had the issue resolved in no time, they sent replacement seeds with no extra hassle or cost and with the utmost professionalism. I had 100% success with the replacements and the team made it known they would resolve any issue I had with those with the same efforts! Couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service and I'll be using this company for all my future grows.

Satisfying

I’ve only had one bad experience where I never got my granddaddy purple order, but other than that if there was ever an issue with a few seeds not germinating, the seeds were replaced quickly and efficiently. I would like to see more strains in the future so I’m excited for the growth of the company

Exactly what I expect from a business

Within 10 days I had my ordered in hand. I immediately began sprouting process. I did have a few duds. 3 to be exact. I contacted customer service. I heard back within in 24 hours. They requested a contact them back when I an finished sprouting all the seeds. They took note of the 3 that did not sprout and assured me my replacements will be sent when I an ready to receive them. Great company overall. In a few weeks I will know how great there product actually is. I can not wait.

Not as good as past orders

I've been purchasing from IGLM for years, never had any problems. Even when the seeds were coming from Amsterdam with a Asia address. This order I received 30 seeds of one strain and 10 of another. My order was for 20 seeds each. Sent an email about the order being wrong and after 5 days I received a email back telling me to take a photo, By that time it was to late. I already germinated 15 for the summer grow. Shipping took over two weeks, faster from Amsterdam Bottom line is this is the first time I ever had a problem and I hope it's the last.

75 out of 85 doing great 3 inches tall in 3 days
