Disappointed
I'm a senior citizen having been retired for 12 years. As a beginner, I began buying White Widow about 7 years ago. I stuck with White Window because it was cheap, and I usually received 10 extra seeds. Your company was great, my seeds arrived on time, I followed your recommendations and became an experienced grower. All my White Widow matured and grew with little to no problems. This year I thought I would branch out and ordered Black Widow and Runtz. Both did poorly of the 4 Black Widow only one came up, and out of 8 Runtz, only one came up. I also had a problem with my order as I was to have received 10 free Runtz, I complained, but was informed that was not the case with my order. When I ordered Runtz the 20 seeds were blocked off and the alterative were 10 seeds with 10 free seeds, but I never received the extra seeds. I know the pandemic created issues but to receive great service for 7 years, then to experience such poor service and product. I am inquiring about your guarantee.
