Ordered three times always get my shipments about a week to 10 days witch is great considering it’s going three customs. Had 4 seeds out of 25 that did not germinate right. They gave me a credit within two days of me telling them. Can’t do better than not having to worry about losing your shipment cause they will resend it till you get it. I have got all my first try in discrete packages always. They also guarantee all seeds to germ. Ilgm is top notch company

Ordered 5 got 5 free. Soaked 3 for 3 days and all sprouted tails. Just transferred to outside last week. Very fast shipping and good price.

My order got to my doorstep in virgina super fast most of the seeds ilgm sent me sprouted just to occasional ones did not but i contacted ilgm support team and they got back to me quick and they had no problem replacing the seeds that did not sprout. I give them 5 starrs for there great customer service team and plus my plants that i get from them have great genes and is some FIRE!! Forsure thanks.

ILGM support was able to appropriately and quickly address a germination problem, though growing new seeds from the point where my first batch took off was out of the option. I waited until close to harvest of the original seeds to order replacements. The replacement seeds germinated well enough, though it was not 100% and a couple of the girls look like cats with five toes: Cute, but not exactly the way nature intended. I'll probably be shopping elsewhere for seeds, keeping ILGM as an option during sales or for specific strains I can't find anywhere else.

Well like the headline says. I did get credits for the amount I spent back for more seeds. The only problem was I thought the credits didn't expire. Well I didn't use all the credits at one time, like only half, and went back to use the rest, and my credits were gone . So I didnt get your seeds to grow past seedlings, and only got half my money back. But I have 3 other plants out there that I got the seeds from the bag of pot I had. And they are all about 3 foot tall now. So, unless you'd like to honor your credits issue you owe me, you absolutely lost a customer. Herbies seeds has a good asortment and they also have a germination guarantee.

Bought 20 seeds of GG Auto and 20 Seeds of GG female and 20 seeds of Granddaddy Purple Female and got 1 seed so far out 12 seeds I germinated to sprout. I won’t be doing busy with these guys again. Sent email with pictures attached and got no response.

In my state I can only grow 4 plants at a time, I'm waiting for my next run to use the seeds I got from ILGM. I'm not happy with the way the seeds arrived, in small unprotected, unlabeled bags, luckily I had 2 seed containers I got from another seed house, so I put them in better containers and labeled them to avoid any future confusion. I had to check my order sheet with the numbers on the small bags and I hope I'm right? When I relabeled them. Being an old half blind pot smoker makes it easy to screw stuff up. Anyway if the seeds pop I'll be happy and buy more.

Not sure yet having a germinate problem.

Delivery was good I ordered 10 seeds received 10 free germinated them I 5 batches of 4. 7 seed didn't germinate.will see what fall brings if I'll be bad
