Have use ILGM for years. Suddenly, I had multiple problems ordering... well, not ORDERING, but rather PAYING. My card kept getting booted, and the order kept showing up wrong when the page refreshed. So, I did what anyone would do, I used a different card. ALL debit cards, with plenty of money in the bank. After REPEATED ATTEMPTS over several days, refreshing, using a different computer - I did it all - I went else where and purchased some great seeds. After a few months, I came back to ILGM to order again. SAME PROBLEM. Then I emailed ILGM support. CRICKETS. NOTHING. No reply at all. So I called them and told them of my numerous issues on their site. I'm a programmer, so I know when a site malfunctions. You may have had the same issues. A friend of mine did. I am not alone. When ILGM support finally responded to me, they told me that I WAS BANNED! WHAT?! Because i had multiple issues with your site and had to try several different cards? I call B.S.

I have been using ILGM for my seed source for 2 years now. I have had great success with ILGM products in keeping myself supplied in premium bud year around.

I had nothing but great customer service from ilgm.I purchased a hero pack which contains 3 different strains 1 strain did not germinate at all.when I contacted ilgm they were very quick to reply back and address the problem. THANK YOU ILGM

ILGM has never let me down, seeds are always productive, even had some laying around from 5+ years ago that germinated without a hitch! Also have to love the helpful info on the site!

Yeah I bought a mix pack and only a couple seeds germinated and they went ahead and replaced them all great company

i've placed several orders to purchase several different types of seeds in the past and absolutely all of them failed! i have had replacement seeds sent to me 3 times and even the replacements failed, i did everything right and none of them germinated successfully. ILGM refuses to give me a refund for the seeds i've purchased and will only make me pay to send seeds back to them for quality check and its a waste of time! if you want to buy seeds then i recommend shopping somewhere else. their a waste of your time and money!

I ordered some seeds from your company and only 2 of the chocolope and 2 super lemon haze germinated so I had eleven seeds that did not germinate. This is the 3rd time we have ordered from this company always had about 50 % on the seeds but this was really bad. Would love to get some healthy seeds from you. We are getting these tiny seeds that are empty.

I purchased a pack of 5 seeds, and right now I have 5 little sprouts. This is my third season trying to do a small grow, and the first time I've had success with all the seeds I've purchased. The delivery time and communicated from ILGM was also satisfactory. Hopefully the five will be ready to plant in my outdoor garden soon enough, and I'll be able to enjoy watching them all through the summer.

I've only tried germinating the one so far, and it popped that next morning. And it's growing beautifully out in the Phoenix sun so far. Love it.

I've ordered 3 times out of my last order only 1 green crack grew 2 LSD I ordered the combo pack, guess I'll stick with one kind. No I didn't tell them cause I read they may want seeds back they germinated but never grew.

My first attempt terminating in water I think failed because it was too cold in my house I live in the Sierra Foothills so just now the second batch I did while it was warmer they all sprouted and I've just now moved them outside as we get Frost sometimes up to mother's Day they're all doing very well look forward to doing business with you in the future thank you
