I have been a customer of ilgm now for about 5 years. This year I switched to autoflowers after growing photoperiods most of my life. I am 53 years old. Although they are not quite finished yet I am a little disappointed on the size of the auto's.i knew they would be smaller but you see I am used to8 foot 2lb plants . I also have had trouble getting them germinated . I did them the same as I would photos and only about 60 percent came up and thrived. I was getting good I thought germinating the photos . I didn't have hardly any problem with them. I am pleased with the quality of the seeds . I hear tell of a new type called fast flowering .I hope you guys get into them as well because I like buying seeds from you guys. So think about trying the fast flowering cause I think I am done with the autos.

In these somewhat questionable times, fraught with one scam after another, I have discovered pure relief and absolute satisfaction from having maintain a working relationship with I.L.G.M for the past 3 years. Alex, my go-to person at I.L.G.M, has appeared to make things “click” for me, due to quick responses, unyielding support and non judgement. I especially embrace this last aspect of Alex’s professionalism, because I am relatively new to growing for personal use and needed the extra bit of “hand holding” Alex provided. Great company!
I would have given you 5 stars except for not being able to order stage 2 grow time separately. Our grow time is longer than the charts indicate so we end up with a lot of unused product by having to purchase the entire kit. Otherwise, our plants are very happy with the product!
I had germination issues and Sarah and Alex walked me through the steps to determine if I had germinated correctly. Sarah thought I had done it correctly (I have had issues the 4 previous years), and then offered to replace my seeds. Received replacement seeds quickly and to my surprise received 15 ( I only had issues with 7). 4 of the 5 seeds I put into water made tails and only 2 of those broke thru the soil with a 3 inch shoot( about a week went by) one of the two shoots is able to stay straight the other one cannot support it self.

I’ve had great results with ILGM seeds & their customer service goes above & beyond to satisfy issues even when it was my fault.
Out of 30 seeds,3 out of ten Blue Haze popped, 5 out of 10 Blue Cheese popped,and 7 out of 10 Blue Dream popped. That's a 50% success rate.That is pretty poor. Any help on this would be appreciated. Would I recommend you? Maybe..
Over rhe past 3 years i have been a satisfied customer. No issues with delivery. If i want 4 plants i soak 5 seeds. Always will have 1 that doesnt pop. I feel thats good enough for me. I always purchase buy 10 get 10 so if 1 or 2 doesnt pop i am absolutley happy with that. I always feel like i got my moneys worth. The product is always top quality. Started with ILGM and have not looked at any other seed bank and i do not plan on it. I love ILGM.

This is the ninth year in a row I ordered seeds from ILGM..This year for some reason 10 of those seeds did not germinate.I simple texted my story of non germination to ILGM and in 7 days that order was replaced with no problems what's so ever.The new seeds all germinated with no problems.Germination took only three days.Thats usually the norm three to five days germination takes place.For almost a decade now ordering from ILGM have been very happy with there products.
Paying $10/ seed and to have 1 out of 5 germinate is not a very good return on my investment. Disssatisfied
I had a bit of a hang up in my first order. 3 of the 5 seeds did not grow. When I brought this to their attention, Logan sent me 5 more without any kind of hassle or weird questions. This is what customer service is all about. I love I love growing Marijuana. Top drawer.

After buying 5 different seeds so far I’m very happy, plus my skywalker seeds didn’t germinate and you were nice enough to send a new batch that worked out great. I will be a customer for now on. I have several coupons how do I use them
I have done business with ILGM for several grows now and will only buy from them. My first grow with them , I only had 1 sprout and thought yeah...ripoff. I reluctantly got hold of their customer service and was quite surprised that they promptly answered. In my short correspondence with them , (Sarah , I believe was the rep) asked a few questions regarding my sprouting technique and after that she told me my replacements were on the way. The replacements ALL sprouted and grew to be monsters. I have since switched to "autos" and have ordered 4 different strains all of which "no duds" however , one strain turned out to be "photo-period" . I reached out to Customer Service again and after contacting them with a brief explanation , their rep Alex had my replacements on the way. I received my replacements within a few days and have sprouted 2 of them (no duds). Now for the crazy part...Not only did they not want me to return the remaining "photo beans" but they also wanted to let me chose whatever strain I wanted as a replacement! (I went with what I ordered originally) Same with the first time , they didn't want the "duds". These folks believe the customer and want to make it right. I say without a doubt that I will continue to buy from ILGM...you just can't lose with these folks....Thank You ILGM.......alex
We had some seeds that didn’t work, and while a first timer, I have plenty of gardening experience. Turned out Miracle Grow multi-purpose is NOT the way to start seeds. Good lesson learned. Thanks ILGM for remedying so fast so we can get replacement seeds started this season!
