ILGM...Best customer service with 100% product guarentee.

I have done business with ILGM for several grows now and will only buy from them. My first grow with them , I only had 1 sprout and thought yeah...ripoff. I reluctantly got hold of their customer service and was quite surprised that they promptly answered. In my short correspondence with them , (Sarah , I believe was the rep) asked a few questions regarding my sprouting technique and after that she told me my replacements were on the way. The replacements ALL sprouted and grew to be monsters. I have since switched to "autos" and have ordered 4 different strains all of which "no duds" however , one strain turned out to be "photo-period" . I reached out to Customer Service again and after contacting them with a brief explanation , their rep Alex had my replacements on the way. I received my replacements within a few days and have sprouted 2 of them (no duds). Now for the crazy part...Not only did they not want me to return the remaining "photo beans" but they also wanted to let me chose whatever strain I wanted as a replacement! (I went with what I ordered originally) Same with the first time , they didn't want the "duds". These folks believe the customer and want to make it right. I say without a doubt that I will continue to buy from ILGM...you just can't lose with these folks....Thank You ILGM.......alex

Thanks for the ILGM seed guarantee!

We had some seeds that didn’t work, and while a first timer, I have plenty of gardening experience. Turned out Miracle Grow multi-purpose is NOT the way to start seeds. Good lesson learned. Thanks ILGM for remedying so fast so we can get replacement seeds started this season!

Mixed Bag

I ordered 5 Grandaddy Purple photo seeds. They came in good time but I had trouble germinating them. When I told them, they responded quickly and sent several replacements but when they said “I’m sure you’ll get it this time’ I had to wonder …… so I ended up getting replacement seeds that were viable. The problem was that they look absolutely different and I wanted what they sent me the first time: UPDATE: ILGM reached out to me to make it right :) Their support team is awesome !

Personal attention to details

I have purchased many packages over the years and when products had technical issues, ILGM stepped up and replace those items. Their customer support is tasteful and respectful. As a novice grower. Good and bad

Bought seeds early spring and 5 out of 20 sprouted. I was super disappointed. Contacted ilgm and answered a couple questions and a couple weeks later sent me 20 more and all but one little little Seed didn’t sprout but super satisfied with the results will be buying again in the spring thanks ilgm Matt

SPROUTS

Sorry I don't have any growing tips, but they have all sprouted. They grow just fine, I plant in containers outside.

Hey I just wanna let you know that it turns out the second pack of seeds came and the post office had the other pack and a dead letter pouch so an essence. Overall not bad

I am only averaging about six out of 10 for germination. I recently purchased in April 20 24 and I am only having six out of 10 germinate now

Reliable and fast service

I had an issue with a couple of seeds but didn't want them replaced just was notifying the company and they wouldn't take no for an answer. Not only were they gonna replace them but they also gave me a 25% discount code for my next purchase. Now who does that in these times. A customer for life!!!

Not good this time

Iv been buying seeds from you guys for 5 years now an never had much of a problem. But this year ordered granddaddy purple an blue dream they germed good but my Bruce banner an dis o do not one came up an them was my favorite i know happends once while but usually not all of them

spot on every time

love doing business with you guys! only one time has my order not got to me, it was due to postal error yet you re-sent the order and didnt make me jump through any hoops which is unique in my experiences. my only wish is that i could buy an ILGM t-shirt with my order or recieve a free one at every 1000$ worth of purchases. if you only do business with one online seed bank i would choose ILGM they are top notch. terrible service and products

Purchase seeds faithfully way ahead of grow season to start plants then plant outside! seeds would not germinate indoors! called service, said they would replace if I purchased more seeds....so I did,....WRONG the second batch only grew short tails and would not produce a plant! Called Robert said they would refund money if I returned seeds, so I took them out of grow medium and dirt, sent them back! I spent almost $200.00 and got $30.00 back WTH!!!!!!!!!

Great response to my cry for help.

I was so impressed at how ILGM fulfills their guarantee that all their seeds will germinate. I had a shipment of seeds where none of them would germinate for me. After some questions about how I went about trying to grow the seeds, ILGM "angels" sent me replacement seeds at no further cost. I can see these new seeds splitting open and starting to grow, so thank you, ILGM!
