I ordered two different auto flowers when they were buy 10 get 10 free. I received my package in a timely manner. When I open my package, I never received my ten free seed on both packages.

I had a few seeds that did not germinate properly, sent an email describing what I incurred. They sent me replacements with little or no questions asked, and they are currently in a glass waiting to become adults 4-5 months from now! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I have had great luck with this company! I've had a 95 percent germination rate, and the same with the plants!! They always grow to my expectations

I have been satisfied with your seeds as a whole because you always make good on any that don't grow. I made a purchase in November and of the 20 seeds I received (10 bought 10 free) only 7 seeds have grown. I only have a grow tent so I only grow 7 seeds at a time. I kept the unused seeds in the refrigerator like you suggested. Of the ones I refrigerated, only three grew, please let me know what I can do differently. I soak the seeds in water for 72 hours just like ya'll tell me, curtis

Contacted ILGM about the problem and was instructed to send pictures. I sent the pictures and waited a day, no response. I sent a follow up email the following day and waited. Absolutely no response from ILGM at all. I purchased a multipack consisting of 10 Girl Scout Cookies, 10 Bruce Banner, and 10 Gorilla Glue. True to their word ILGM replaced the seeds that did not sprout. I wound up with 10 Girl scout Cookie plants, 10 Bruce Banner plants, and 1 weak, sickly Gorilla Glue that finally began to take off. However the Gorilla Glue seeds cracked and began to sprout but tiny white worms came out of the seeds that later evolved into tiny black gnats. These maggots ate the seed sprout killing the plant. It has been more than 48 hours during the week (not Saturday and Sunday but Monday and Tuesday) and it appears ILGM is just avoiding me at this point. Extremely Frustrating

Ordered 2 batches of seeds, Peanut Butter Breath and Hindu Kush, 100 % germination on Hindu Kush, 1 out of 10 of PBB only popped, let ILGM know and they promptly sent out replacements, nice to be able to trust and have ILGM honor their guarantee

Wanted to try seed from another supplier because I had a very low success rate with the other place. 100% germination with my first round. Also, 20 seeds for $119, compared 8 for $80 from the first retailer. All around better. You have gained a lifetime customer!!

My Beginning has been a Complete Disaster...! For The Cost -OUCH...! ILGM has been Gracious and Understanding and has given me another chance. THANK-YOU....!!!!!

I've never had one not show signs of germination within a few days, it's going on day 5 and no progress as of yet, I've done it the way they describe to germinate.

I care for my wife who is in late stage MS. Terrible disease that got her addicted to codiene and almost lost her mind to all the drugs to control her depression anxiety etc. We got her off all the doctors crap and started using THC and CBD. She is now alot better and actually smiles often with the plants i grew from ILGM. They replaced 10 seeds for me when only one sprouted. There info is very valuable in assureing your success at a super grow. Highly...recommended by a hippy from the 70's. TY Robert keep up the good work!

Most beans thrived after germination, but two strains have not, disappointing.

Got my beans started 10 beans 100% germination put them in happy frog yesterday

Got my seeds in one week 16 of 18 popped in 24 hours the other two just waiting no complaints now in soil waiting on the next step thanks again for you all keeping your word I was worried but not no more
