On a recent order I was shorted 5 seems. I contacted customer service, they requested a photo of what I received and within 2 days I received an email stating the seeds have shipped….. could have not asked for better response

Seeds arrived in short order. Communication was excellent. I haven't planted yet, will let you know later. My dislike was with the ordering. The site offered 10 extra seeds with order. I tried to enter code and it wouldn't accept it. It said it was already used. I received my order just as I placed it.

Ordered 10 seeds of gorilla glue. One seed out of 10 germinated sent several emails no response. If this next batch of seeds doesn’t germinate, I will never purchase from this company again. Customer service isn’t good at ,

I had some seeds that didn't sprout. I did what you told me. One seed didn't sprout. You replaced it. Imagine that - customer service working the way it's supposed to. Thanks. You all are great!

My experience wasn't that great this time. I purchased a mix pack of 3 strains/ 5 seeds each. All but 1 failed. I've been growing early for 3 years without failure. The next batch purchased, 3 of 5 failed. Out of all of the failed seeds, only 6 were replaced. Please allow people to send back the failed seeds in return for new ones. I'm out so much money this time. I would still recommend the site, but I guess it's just hit and miss.

You guys remind me of Sweetwater, a great place as well. I wouldn’t buy my music supplies from just anyone…now I won’t buy my seeds from just anyone either. Thanks ILGM. You guys take care of folks. I purchased several different varieties of seeds over the past few years and had some that were excellent quality and I had some that weren’t so good I expressed to them that I was not pleased with the quality of the ones that didn’t produce and they definitely made it right by me I will definitely continue to purchase from ILGM I tried different companies and they don’t stand behind their product like I LGM

Excellent products, great customer service and a lot of tips for a positive experience.

I ordered 15 seeds. No problem with one strain; all seeds popped. Difficulty with another strain. ILGM was very informative with techniques to try to get other strain to pop. What didn’t pop they quickly sent more seeds. So helpful.

Tried ILGM for the first time 2 months ago with wedding cake, so far so good, frosty the snowman for sure. Went back and ordered sweetartz, had an issue with delivery on my part and was compensated quickly, look forward to ordering more in the future

I've been growing for 20+!yrs and never had problems with germination. Your seeds failed miserably the first batch had stretch stem and soon died. The second never sprouted at all. No doubt you'll tell me it's my fault. Bullexcement It's your awful seeds
