I have been buying seeds from your company for several years and I have always been very pleased. This year I ordered the Sativa mix, 5 strawberry cough, 5 super lemon haze, and 5 chocolope. 4 strawberry cough sprouted 3 super lemon haze sprouted, and none of the chocolope sprouted. I would like some replacement seeds. Thanks

I ordered two different auto flowers when they were buy 10 get 10 free. I received my package in a timely manner. When I open my package, I never received my ten free seed on both packages.

I had a few seeds that did not germinate properly, sent an email describing what I incurred. They sent me replacements with little or no questions asked, and they are currently in a glass waiting to become adults 4-5 months from now! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I have had great luck with this company! I've had a 95 percent germination rate, and the same with the plants!! They always grow to my expectations

I have been satisfied with your seeds as a whole because you always make good on any that don't grow. I made a purchase in November and of the 20 seeds I received (10 bought 10 free) only 7 seeds have grown. I only have a grow tent so I only grow 7 seeds at a time. I kept the unused seeds in the refrigerator like you suggested. Of the ones I refrigerated, only three grew, please let me know what I can do differently. I soak the seeds in water for 72 hours just like ya'll tell me, curtis

Contacted ILGM about the problem and was instructed to send pictures. I sent the pictures and waited a day, no response. I sent a follow up email the following day and waited. Absolutely no response from ILGM at all. I purchased a multipack consisting of 10 Girl Scout Cookies, 10 Bruce Banner, and 10 Gorilla Glue. True to their word ILGM replaced the seeds that did not sprout. I wound up with 10 Girl scout Cookie plants, 10 Bruce Banner plants, and 1 weak, sickly Gorilla Glue that finally began to take off. However the Gorilla Glue seeds cracked and began to sprout but tiny white worms came out of the seeds that later evolved into tiny black gnats. These maggots ate the seed sprout killing the plant. It has been more than 48 hours during the week (not Saturday and Sunday but Monday and Tuesday) and it appears ILGM is just avoiding me at this point. Extremely Frustrating
