I’ve been buying seeds through this company for over a decade now. They never fail to produce great crops.
I recently purchased 20 GSC Aoto seeds (buy 10 get 10 free) and out of those 20 seeds 9 each did not germinate, which I reported on ILGM's germination section of your website approximately 12 days ago. I have not heard a response concerning this matter.

I’m a Cancer-survivor and I’ve been growing for 5 years now. I wouldn’t recommend any other seedbank. ILGM is the only one I use, and if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Quality genetics, and amazing customer service. Keep it up, guys.
I like the fast service but there are ALWAYS 30% to 50% of seeds that don't germinate. And I don't have time to make stupid little videos. In a nut shell, your service is good but the quality of your seeds sucks. Your refund policy is a joke. False advertising about "auto flower" seeds. Its not "8 weeks from seed to harvest"; they don't even start flowering until at 8 weeks, and then some plants only get 6 inches tall! 8 weeks after that you might be lucky to get 1 or 2 joints from a 6inch tall plant that took more like 16 weeks to grow to maturity. Big rip off. NOT worth it. Never again.

Fast and reliable
I ordered seeds ilgm said payment was declined . I waited 2 days still says payment declined so i reorderd . Then w days after i recievd my first order. I could not talk to anyone to find out what went wrong and ilgm did not let me know payment was accepted . I was going to order more seeds anyway but i would of waited a month . On the good side every time i get seeds from ilgm so far 1 out of 20 does not sprout . I think that is pretty good . Well once i got 8 in a bottel and 1 did not make it but i really fell goid about their seeds

First time grower here. I have bought a variety of seeds here and I am satisfied with the product this far. I did have a few that did not germinate so I have not done this process yet but everything else has been great.
This company is AWESOME. Got my order in three days. You can't get better delivery service anywhere better than this.

Many years of buying seeds and always good. I had one bunch that failed and was given replacements. …….probably my fault, as all of them failed…
I never had any problem with ordering package your ways arrives on time and they let you know it's out for delivery everything they keep in touch with you every step of the way
Have ordered quite some seeds. Just make sure you use them within a good time frame. They don't seem to hold as long as say my tomato seeds cause they have lasted 7 or more years. Just be aware to use what you are ordering within a period from ordering them.
Multiple times I have emailed to say that my VIP of only $10 was not registered with my order And still$10 is not credited To my credit card.. Dishonesty Is not The way humans should react.. The only reason I will do business with you again Without knowing if the seeds have popped is because it was fast service. Now I will see if they germinate

I ordered seed on Sunday night and received them in 4 business day’s. Crazy fast especially comparing to other seed banks. Germination success is always good, but better yet the quality of plants that I’ve produced and the genetics are trustworthy!!! I’ve used many seed banks for many, many years. Rest assured, I won’t be looking for any other seed banks in the future.
I wouldn't even think of buying from someone else when ILGM is so reliable and credible. They honor everything they say and send you product that will not disappoint.

No live people to talk to to fix a problem that could easily have been fixed with a verbal conversation with your customer I have ordered seed from you several times my wife my 26 year old son and a good friend some orders for me and I have stuck with you the last order and the one befor that was bad always had good experience before that when you order 40---100+ seeds at a time several a year to give cancer patients their own plants so they can afford meds and you struggle to keep doing it go back to being the company you used to be..... 20% is the biggest loss you should have .... my grow and what I do is going on youtube as a grow your own and grow plant for many that need anyway I don't want people to blame me if your seeds are gowing to ****

Amazing seeds, I always get the best seeds from ilgm! Seeds always pop and grow into big beautiful plants! I had an issue once and they immediately fixed it. Ilgm is the only place I get my seeds! Thanks ilgm!!
