I was having germination issues and ILGM worked with me and in the end replaced the ungerminated seeds. Some other companies do not do this. BUY with confidence !!

I bought five Tropicana Cookies seeds and planted five of those along with my three LSD seeds. I followed all the germination steps and planted them (in Happy Frog soil)Two of the LSD seeds did nit grow and only one of the Tropicana seeds sprouted. I contacted customer service and Sarah Angel got back to me and authorized a $99 dollar credit! I put my five Pineapple Donut seeds in glasses of lukewarm water and all five have tails, soon to be placed in my planters. Thank you Sarah Angel and ILGM!

We first had 20 seeds; zero seeds sprouted. You sent me 20 additional seeds and 10 sprouted, but only 5 are looking good and 2 are barely growing. Not satisfied.

I started using ILGM about three years ago. I enjoy their website look and feel and layout. I like their selection and their prices. I also appreciate the ability to pay with credit cards, unlike some other companies online. I have confidence in the seeds that I am receiving in the mail and the end result is quality plants. I will admit, I had real concerns before placing my first order. I wondered if the company was legit and if the reviews were actual reviews. After placing my first order I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I receive my order promptly, the support I received was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. ILGM not only guarantees their products, they will stay in constant contact with you throughout the growing stages. If you have reservations about doing business with ILGW, put your worries aside. I bought a 20 pack of Girl Scout cookies fem seeds. Every seed germinated and sprouted beautifully. Unfortunately, they started growing hair at about five or six weeks under 22 hours of light . so if that happens to you, ( take pictures ) don’t try and clone them and keep them going. Just raise them up. one and done! the pots really good.. and probably the easiest stuff to clone I’ve ever used. With all that being said when I reported the problem they had some questions but then they set me out a replacement pack of all 20 seeds and I told them where to send it but they went ahead and sent it to the first address that I had things sent to. I didn’t live there anymore and when I brought that to their attention, they just went ahead and sent me another pack of replacement seeds. These people have bent over backwards, trying to make things right. I don’t know if the replacement seeds are any better. my hope is that the batch that I got the first time got polluted with some auto flower somewhere in there. so the moral of the story is that this company has in my view fresh seeds and they care about keeping their customers happy. I have to say I was very angry until I started researching some of the other seed companies in the United States and they really suck making Robert and his team shine

my order came fast. put in water then in dirt. 3 of of the 4 never broke ground. But the 1 that broke ground is on Third set of leaves. Doing Great. Blue dream auto flower .

Customer service is great. Quality of seeds not so much. I have ordered OG Kush. white Widow. Plants very slow to grow and sprouted strange. Had to destroy them they were awkward. The auto flower was ok. Ordered another set of seeds that were supposedly popular and I am getting a 50% sprout from seed ratio. I have many years of grow experience. Last year Maui plants were 8 ft tall. Pretty disappointing quality of seeds. Going back to old supplier.

A pain in the butt, trying to get instructions how to use your nutrients

I previously purchased all my seeds from the clown with the crown. Less than 10% germination rate, and customer service to get reimbursed was a joke. So far, very happy with ilgm

The photos for me was a learning experience. The photos I'm running today are fantastic. I have the GSC extreme almost ready to harvest. Very sticky buds and large fan leaves.

I got 5 feminized blueberry seeds. Followed directions, put in moist paper towel, put 2 in soil after 48 hours, 2 more after 96 hours, and left one in the paper towel. Not 1 sprout. To their credit, they sent me 5 more. Put 2 directly in soil, soaked 1 in water for 24 hours and planted. 2 in paper towel. Again, not a single sprout. I am not a novice, have grown mmj for 30+ years, have a nice garden of varied plants. Ocean forest soil, 30% pearlite, no nutrients added... Very disappointed, to say the least.

All the seeds germinated well except for the Runtz. The Runtz seeds did not even try. The seeds became mold incased at the bottom of the water bottles. I placed 5 and 5 in two brand new bottles of water and i had no luck at all with the seeds. I am so disappointed. The Blue Cheese and the Girl Scout Cookies only had one each that did not germinate and they are already in soil.

ILGM is a great marketing company. Their website has a great feel, is intuitive and easy to use and packed with content. Email outreach is top notch authored by brand mascot Robert Bergman. The back office is efficient since getting their credit/debit card processor problems worked out a year or so ago. Orders are launched and fulfilled quickly. With a dozen or two orders behind us, ILGM has delivered every time Their strains are sound. Germination rates...while lower than some other seed banks...approach acceptable. The end product doesn't disappoint, However, do not take the germination guarantee at face value. In my experience, ILGM has no intention of issuing a credit, refund or replacing seed that doesn't sprout. I had one order with a 10% +/- success rate. I bitched. With the level of spend (in excess of a $1,000/year), I'd have expected a no-questions credit. What I got was a weeks long run around and a whole lot of dirt kicking and side glances. Now I only use ILGM for strains that I have had past success with. Gone are the days of grabbing some interesting or exotic seed on a whim. I use other seed banks for that purpose knowing they may also renege on their germination guarantee. But there should be consequences for bad behavior. With ILGM that comes in the form of a 60-70% loss of my business and a truthful review.

Everything I've ordered from ILGM has had a 3/5 success rate. Now I'm on day 8 of my Blue Dream collection and getting anxious. Otherwise the ones that do grow come out beautifully.

As of last night 6 out of 7 popped using water. I swear by water germination now. My first round of autos from before are almost done.

Durban poison auto's..it really is wonderful to have discovered a strain that is easy to grow, and DOES NOT CAUSE MUNCHIES. I had 100% germination, and never a problem. Grown (3) in my grow tent and 5 outside. I liked the taste of the plants that were grown outdoors better. Doc Holliday
