Wish there was better communication between my bank and this site. Also My account How do I see the seed I purchased? Did I get NYC Diesel seeds ? Which seed did I buy from the hemp side? Otherwise I'm excited to grow seed with a determined result if I do my part. Thanks John Harbin

Great Support and follow up

I got the godfather OG and planted them they grew very big and happy. I grew beautiful plants large dense buds right now I am on day 37 of flower and I couldn’t be happier

Had several seeds that did not sprout and they were replaced

Have been buying from ILGM for 5 years now and have never been disappointed! One year I actually had a plant that grew so tall, I had to cut in half ! I got an unbelievable harvest! (pic deleted, unfortunately). This company helps you every step of the way and customer service is outstanding!! I highly recommend this awesome company!!

Had issue with germination sent email about the issue got a fast response. Product was replaced no issues. I ordered some nutrients before noon received an email my order was packed and ready to ship before 5pm. That's good service

ordered. they came. tryed and tryed. got replacement. had senior grower try and lousy. tough nuts to crack. got third set and there of to senior grower. will see in three days whats cumin up . the down side is its 6 weeks later. may get lowered yield in aug-sept. i’ll keep try’n till i get a weed..

Bought 5 seeds. I now have 3 plants. One that germinated did not come up when planted. One never germinated. Sent one replacement seed. Did not germinate. No response from ILGM.

my experience with Ilgm has been enjoyable and helpful. The first year I was amazed I had 14 of 15 seeds grow nice plants for me, Last year I didnt get one plant to make it to harvest. This year I have 12 of the 15 plants started and hoping for the best

I put the seeds in a glass of water they started to open but just a little. No tail came out and this was after 5 days. I bought 5 Mauie seeds and not 1 germinated. What am I doing wrong. Please help. I am willing to buy more seeds but need to know what I’m doing wrong.

I've been buying seeds from you for years and your service is always phenomenal. I had a bad batch of Grandaddy Purple seeds that gave me one really small plant and the rest of the seeds wouldn't germinate no matter what I tried. Alex gave me suggestions and when the seeds wouldn't germinate he replaced the seeds. I tried a different strain since I had bad luck with the Grandaddy Purple seeds and ordered Grape Octane seeds this time. I dropped the first one in water and 24 hours later it had a tail and it's now planted and growing. So easy! I can't recommend ILGM more highly. You guys are the best!

I had a problem with some seeds. They were replaced quickly and no charge. I’ve been buying from him for several years now.

I put in two different orders with fast shipping and great seeds for the most part. Out of all the seeds ordered so far I only had 1 not open and think I may have gotten autos instead of feminized, but all good otherwise!

I have been buying my seeds from here for years and even if I had some that did not germinate, they made them good no question asked!! Hands down the the best people to deal with, when it comes to quality and amazing customer service

Good experience with support

I tried several times to purchase 10 & 10free sApple Fritter seeds as advertised. Each time I clicked on the advertised seeds I was taken to the main sales pages. When I found the Apple Fritter Seeds, the free 10 seeds were not offered. After trying many times, I gave up and purchased the Apple Fritter seeds (10) at the full price. I used a $10 coupon I had but was very disappointed not being able to get the 10 free( advertised) seeds. In the future either allow for the free seeds to be ordered or do NOT advertise the which causes a negative reaction. Thank you

I just wanted to say that everything is so smooth and relax and guaranteed they replaced mine several times over the years but you know all in all I gotta see it’s nothing but great experience treasure getting my grow on.
