Very good

Upon placing my order, I never received any acknowledgment of my purchase. The only way I was able to view my order was to set up a username and password. The first email I received was when the order shipped. The auto fill on my phone botched up the shipping address, and I admittedly did not catch it. Yes, this was my fault. Unfortunately again, the only way to contact the company was to leave an email, which was not answered for a minimum of a day between responses. I hope the seeds will produce a bountiful harvest, but for the reasons stated above I will not make any future purchases.

Great service on orders and replacements

Well I planted the seeds I purchased and some of them didn’t sprout I was wondering if I could get some more seeds it’s been two weeks a lot of them did sprout I can get you a number and the strains when I get back to the house thank you

I ordered on Monday and received seeds on Friday. It dont get any better than that.

I recently purchased nutrients for the seeds however after receiving the nutrients they did not come with directions on how to mix them but not happy about having to go to another site to open up information on the nutrients for a $1.99 not happy with that

Quick return on non germinations

I can't sign 8nto my account, even when I change the password. I ordered 10 seeds got 10 free. I germinated 16, only 12 popped. Now I can't get into my account so ILGM can tell me what to do about the seeds that didn't germinate.

Rcvd seeds 3 days ago,close to 100% germination so far! Speedy shipping too.

I love this seed bank! ILGM goes way beyond quickly sending viable seeds (in countless strains) in protective packaging. You'll find tons of information, fantastic deals, and everything you need for your grow on their website. Oh, and did I mention their informed customer service? I have been growing for years thanks to ILGM!

I understand the years of commitment to developing the various strains. The research and development. I realize how it was in the early years to achieve seeds that would produce similar plants. Best described by trying to have a child that’s the same. It does take some time. Thanks for your efforts,, today we hardly notice the small differences from one plant to another.
