My seed order was fast and arrived in great shape.

I’m a professional grower/not of cannabis I seeded in my greenhouse 25seeds 20 germinated so that’s an 80% rate

I have purchased several strains from here and I always have a few that don't germinate. Normally they are pretty good about replacing but not this time. I had forgotten about a purple haze pack I bought about a year or so ago. I had it stored in my basement and recently found it. I tried germinating them using the soak in warm water method and only 5 popped so I contacted ILGM asking if these would be covered under the germination guarantee and was told to plant them and if they didn't sprout they would be replaced so I did and 1 did sprout. After 2 weeks I contacted ILGM and let them know and sent pics. I was told I had to mail the seeds that didn't sprout back to them at my cost and they would be replaced. Well trying to find the seeds that were planted as directed has proven very difficult and time consuming. I again reached out to Sarah the support "Angel" I was dealing with to let her know this and requesting my order number for that order and she has not replied after 3 emails last week. It seems to me they are trying to blow me off and not replace the seeds. I know these seeds sat for a year and I know from experience even with other plants, seeds that sit for that long have a lower germination rate, but the guarantee says 2 yrs and they won't honor it. I had 14 out of 20 that didn't pop and would have been happy if they replaced half, but since they just blew me off I decided to go elsewhere and this place suggests the paper towel method and I had much better results. If she had replied that the seeds wouldn't be covered I would have accepted that but just blowing me off I find very unprofessional

First off it took me months to decide to order from anywhere but decided to order from two separate places to see which was better as far as prices and shipping,it's to early we're I'm at to start growing outside,so I finally got the nerve and ordered,was so excited when packages came,both places was bout same as for shipping it's opening em I got discouraged alil wit I❤️GM,other place threw in sum free seeds GM gave me a sticker,I spent more here than there,now idk which will grow yet so have a come back but so far the competitor has the upper hand

I have had about 12 seeds of each auto-flower purple punch and purple kush not pop. My gdp feminized seeds did well. How do I get replacement seeds? I just ordered 20 dos si dos and 20 GG4 feminized seeds for spring. I hope they do well.

I really can't give a review on the products because I didn't receive them.

I ordered the Grandaddy purple autoflower seeds and they arrived promptly. I started with 5 (of 20) seeds and all popped in about 24 hours using the water method. I will be starting them in 4 " peat pots under grow lights today. This will be my third grow, usually 3 plants outdoors. I plan to review step by step along the way. Stay tuned for photos!

I feel like someone running things understands that the customer is important. Really hard to find that or rather feel that. Well done.

I received my seeds in 5 days and first 4 germinated in 36 hours on. Germination heat pad. Seeds went into pots and under gro light Only 4/10 seeds have sprouted so talking with support we are gonna wait and see as some sprout later. Will keep you posted.

My experience is mixed so far, we ordered 20 Gorilla Glue seeds. They arrived almost a week late and the package looked like it had been through the wringer. There were a few cracked ones, we attempted to germinate 20 seeds, after 72 hours 9 had germinated successfully. We waited another 24 for the remaining 11, before placing them in pots in a last ditch effort since they have already been hydrated, however they never popped. On the negative side of this transaction is that only 45% were successful & the package arrived late, damaged and frozen. BUT there has been terrible service from USPS side, and it is my belief the issues were due to the USPS issues, I do recommend more secure packaging. Our package had been torn open before arrival and we had some seeds come in frozen. On the positive side, the 9 that we did successfully germinate are healthy, strong plants. As of now we will be trying again, because the problems can be attributed to the shipping service, but I am disappointed in spending $209 for 9 plants at the end of the day.
