I recently tried weed seed express and never received my order with ilgm its like clock work place order get your seeds being a senior citizen taking a hit on not receiving the product hurts when you are on a fixed income with no refund policy you take the hit so in closing in the future there is only one choice and thats ilgm who stands behind there product with 5 star service And the best customer service in the industry

Through no fault of their own my package was scanned as delivered but it wasn't. Sarah was a huge help.

Received seeds from these guys, and when my seeds did not germinate they replaced them for me. It was probably something I did wrong , but they, ilgm ,replaced them anyway

First time ordering after doing the requisite research, So just a noob grower off this stuff, but have grown gardens for years. Ordered GSC auto for my first time, and everything was super easy. Ordered seeds, they showed up in 4 days, and I can wait to plant them. Have a spider farmer fire tent I'll be using, along with the cloth grow bags. There's sooooooooo much info on this site, it's really quite incredible. I'm truly looking forard to this. Will update as things progress, but I can't see how it will change my opinion much. Again really great info, great site, fast shipping....

I am a repeat customer and have experienced great success growing genetically strong plants, but a few seeds didn't germinate. So I reported these to ILGM customer service and they corrected the situation every time with no hassle. ILGM stands by their word!

I purchased Purple Punch over a year ago and hadf decent results, with 15 of the 20 total seeds germinating. My first grow, so I was ok with it. However, this last order, (the beginner pack with AK47, Bubble Gum, White Widow) germination was less than 50% and would have been worse had I not started some with the paper towel method. I messaged this previously and not had a response. Will any of these duds be replaced?

Easy ordering, fast delivery.

On my last order of bogo 5 seeds of GDP I only had 4 plants actually germinated. I had 2 that were deformed and low bud site counts and now I just had the last 5 not fully germinate. Wish you stood behind your seed. I am out $$ and missing a cycle of my medicine. Hope these blue dream germinate this time. Any refunds available would be appreciated.

The best seed bank ever. Loyalty and commitment to excellence should be their motto. I tell all my friends here in OHIO where to get their seeds. Am not ever buying seeds from any other place period. Never had an issue with delivery , lost seeds they sent more and packages are always on time and secure. Every seed has germinated yes I have has some that were mutant in growth. Yet I never said is cause they sent me replacement seeds. This seeds bank is the shyt period!!!!!!

Very happy that my state just passed recreational, cant wait for my outdoor grow legally now in ohio. My past experience with Roberts guareented feminized seeds is amazing.
