I had an order didn't arrive and contacted ILGM . They made it right no questions! I only buy from them !

When I reported that some of my seeds did not germinate ILGM's awesome support team immediately contacted me to look into this. After, on several occasions it sent me replacement seeds. Sarah, on two occasions, recommended the appropriate potting soil, the first time I dug out the old soil around my plants and put the new one. Sarah then recommended 'Happy Frog" potting soil which I am using for my replacement LSD seeds and two seedlings popped their heads out of the Happy Frog soil this morning! I definitely expect Happy Growing (! All of my other plants are growing gloriously, too!

I purchased a 10 pack of Blueberrie Auto flower I put 4 in water to germinate on 9/8/23 on 9/15/23 3 of the 4 opened with a small sprout. I will proceed and see how they grow but so far they don’t seem to have the quality genetics I was hoping for? Reference order #2767483. I can send a photo of them in the water if you wish. I got replacement seeds for the ones that I probably killed with too much water,or too long in water. Follow the grow forum was the best tip I ever got. Embarrassed,I killed my seeds! Customer for life! I like learning from the grow forum. That and customer service takes it over the edge. Ilgm is my favorite! Tom.

Well, I was expecting them in the mail. They came in one day later but that’s OK. As long as we got them. My son is the one growing them. He is great at growing anything he has grown marijuana before and he’s done it with great success. He followed the instructions on the website to plant them and they are already sprouting roots so wish us luck in the next couple of months next time maybe I will send pictures

My last order of forty seeds only sprouted 10 seeds after soaking for 72hrs and the tail never grew out of the shell only the shell opened a little bit so I placed them in growing clubs with water and grow Iights No signs of taking any root

I can't really tell you how well the plants turn out yet because I just started them but as far as ordering and receiving your seeds these guys can't be beat! They come in a simple yellow bubble mailer along with a cool sticker and other things. They guarantee you receive your seeds and I had to use that guarantee because of a mailing mistake so they now earned a customer for life.

I've honestly never dealt with another company. I find help, great products & prices all here. Any problems I've ever had were quickly handled by your staff & or extremely helpful growers. You won't be disappointed!

I am still having trouble getting these started too. They are acting like the last ones ,they come up then just act weak. Please tell me that they aren't something wrong with them. Honestly i got all 20 to sprout the first time and had 19 plants as i dropped one. I just started 11 more before writing this by putting them in water. I have fresh peat moss mix without any fertilize. At this point i will try anything you say because these are doing just like the last batch you sent. Any help would be appreciated.
