First batch didn't go well u straightened it and I drop 2 in water within 24hr alittle tail was there I'm waiting on them to bust thru sum soil on there way thankyou.

My first order went well my second order only two sprouted.so I tried again this time I only had 4of 10 sprout.out of thirty seeds iv had six sprout or mature. not happy with my percentage and 450.00dallars later.so no I am absolutely not happy.

They go above and beyond any other company hands down they write emails with free grow book links they sent me free seeds cause I had a few that didn't germinate just overall the best seed bank I've found excellent customer service only complaint is they don't have gorilla cookies auto strain

I purchased (super skunk) 10 x 10, for $120. the $10 coupon and started germinating 10 of them and only 3 came up!? I know what I’m doing. Don’t know what is going on with the seeds???

Received package - seemed to be compromised-was severely torn then- retaped with clear packing tape-contents seemed intact but come germination time only one out of five survived-one seed was just a hollow shell when soaked and split open-three seeds were soaked and did split open with a tail but did not take when transplanted in peat pods.??? I noticed that you shipping label has a ILM stamped on it- doesn’t seem discreet to me- please advise- I’ve bought from you before-no problems-please advise- thank you Bryant

My plants just wouldn't grow, tried everything ( 30+years) experience, never seen this, I contacted ilgm they where very open minded and concerned for me and my problems, they gave me great advice to try and solve my issues. They also sent my a new order of seeds, 15$off coupon. That's the meaning of great service, thank you to ilgm and staff, keep up the great work

This was ,i believe , my fourth purchase from your company. My last 2 buys I had an 100% germination rate. This time not so successful. I now have 4 viable plants and only 4 seeds left of the 20(?) you sent me. I think I killed some of the seedlings with underwatering or overwatering. I'm trying to dial in a new grow space with limited ventalation. I don't know if I can afford to continue to buy autoflowering seeds. In the past I cloned, but chose auto flowers due to limited space. It would be great if you could send me some free seeds to reward my loyality. Just kidding a little bit.

They fixed the issue, which was auto genetics on my non-auto seeds. One fully auto and three semi-auto out of twenty.
