Seed didn’t take

I started two seeds as you recommended.mine took the other did not.

Disappointed So Far

I received my 10 Sour Diesel seeds and many of them did not appear very well. I have used the glass of water method and after two days about half of the seeds sprouted roots and have planted them in pots. One root actually came loose from the seed shell and planted it, anyway, hoping something grows. The other five are stored in my cabinet and I can see roots coming from all but one but another looks mangled. I know it can take up to 72 hours for the roots to emerge, which will be tomorrow. If I don't see the roots emerge enough to plant I will find out about the replacement guarantee. So far, at least three have been lost. I ordered 5 Sour Diesel and 10 Gold Leaf seeds last summer and the seeds looked healthy and every seed sprouted. It was an excellent harvest.

Best customer service ever

If you are worried about the ordering process don't be. ILGM is the best. Outstanding customer service. If you have a problem they will help you through it. I will never buy my "beans" anywhere else. Loyal customer for life.

Had a couple issues in past an I was always treated like all companies should treat there customers by fat best seed company out there as far as I'm concerned!!

I ordered 10 seeds and was gifted 10 seeds for the purchase for a total of 20 seeds. They arrived in 8 days. I immediately dropped 10 into a lukewarm glass of water and 4 days later all had germinated except for 2. That is my only complaint. Everything else has been a good experience and if company reimburses me I would give 4 stars

Very good service

I'm 73 years old and have been smoking since I was in Viet Nam. I used to have to find seeds and plant at least a dozen seeds and hope there would be more than half that would turn out to be females. Found ILGM years ago and have been using you guys ever since. Couldn't be happier with your selections, service and growing tips.

2 for 1 was missing 1 package of seeds. After contacting John the missing seeds were sent at once.

Very satisfied

I'm still sort of a newbie. I've had a few two to three grows in the last couple of years that were hit or miss. I was using seeds that I didn't know nothing about. Ended up with some female, male, and one hermit. Definitely wasn't using the proper fertilizer or protection for my plants cause for the lack of knowledge. I've got two growing outdoors now, one is female and I think the other is to but not sure yet. Now that I've made my first seeds buy from ILGM and have done better research my new seeds which I know what I have now for a change, will be grown indoor where I will have more control on growth in a 3x3 grow cabinet which I'm going to build this weekend. I was skeptical to buy online but I decided to take a chance and I'm very comfortable working with ILGM now and in the future.

Work in progress

I'm not disappointed with my seed. Only three germinated out of ten.of my first order. So I'm trying the autoflower now. Wish me luck. I'm a first time grower. With all my house plants and garden this has been a challenge. Thanks fir all the website reading material

Autoflower Afghan

ILGM customer service is second to none and I sincerely appreciate them sending me new seeds but in all honesty only 5 out of the 10 received germinated. I’m experienced with several methods and tried paper towels and jiffy pot discs and the discs had the best success. May be the strain IDK

Ordered the auto 2.0 mix pack.. 100% success with the bubble gum and OG Kush but the Jack was 0for5 ...still waiting to hear back from customer service

ADVICE NEEDED

I'VE 4 GODFATHER OG, AND 2 RUNTZ PICTURED. RUNTZ ARE HALF DEAD. GODFATHERS HAVE 2 GROWING REMARKABLY WELL WHILE 2 LOOK LIKE CRAP. ALL GERMINATED AND THEN PLANTED ON SAME DAYS. ALL POTTED 11 DAYS AGO. ALL SOIL WAS BLENDED AND IS THE SAME FOR ALL 6 PLANTS. ALL 6 IN THE SAME A/C INFINITY HUMIDITY DOME. WHY ARE THE RUNTZ DEAD AND HALF THE OTHERS SO DIFFERENT? ARE THEY EVEN THE SAME TYPE OF SEEDS!?

Satisfied

My beans arrived crushed beyond repair. E mailed ILGM and received an immediate response with the promise that they would be replaced. Package is on its way, and I am waiting for their arrival. This company is quick to respond and will make any problems disappear through their excellent customer service team. Won’t use anyone else for my beans. Hats off to these folks. Pete
