Ordered California Dreamin, three didn't germinate. LLGM replaced within a couple of weeks or less. By the way, just harvested the first two, very good results.

I have been using ILGM for a number of years. Ilgm has improved greatly on shipping time and overall customer service. I have tried others but I am using only ILGM going forward! First 5 White widow autos doing great 2 weeks into grow! Thanks Mark

I have button seeds from you guys in the past and those seeds have always produced more than any of the other seeds I have bought from other companies as well as more of them pop versus Duds like the other guys

After running into a problem with some seeds not germinating, customer service promptly replaced them. Excellent communication and delivery time, I will definitely be buying from them again.

I was using another seed bank and was not impressed! Such inconsistencies. Not with ILGM! The seeds I got from them blew away the competition and such a noticeable difference I was literally in shock. They are so bushy and healthy and can't wait to try other strains. Thanks for everything!!!!

I was happy with every aspect of the service I received from this fine company. However, I’m disappointed to report that my seedlings failed to thrive and died soon after planting. I will try again, but I’m not sure if I will ordering my seeds from this source for my next attempt.

Everything sprouted and grew very well outdoors. Just received some auto flower seeds to try indoors for the winter.

The seedlings are approaching week 3 very large very healthy. Planted in 3 gallon square fabrics with fox farm ocean forest & fed one teaspoon of grow dots..... cheers! ¡muay bueno! ¡Mucho gusto!

Arrived in the time it said it would. Germinated in 3 days, plants are almost 2 weeks old now doing really well. Only issue is I did the bank check thing to pay because it said it was the most secure and that took a week to go through and you don’t ship till it clears. I just thought that was a lot longer then I’ve ever waited for something to clear the most is like 3 days. But other wise I’m happy.

The only seed bank I buy from is ILGM. Why they are trusted, customer service above and beyond what is expected these days, customer service even replayed over the weekend. I expected the reply on business days the following week. I’ve had no problem with ILGM seeds or support. Highly recommend.

My payment was slow to process, I did EFT from bank, it was recommended by website, took 10 days. Delivery was quick after payment processed, no issues with USPS to deliver. All seeds I planted have germinated, beautiful plants. Maybe credit card is better way to purchase, might process quicker.

It is a quality company that does everything they said they would that delivers a high quality product. I still can’t believe just how generous they are with grow tips and techniques. I would recommend this company great enthusiasm. Also such a huge variety of species. Yumm! So much to chose from for every grow environment.

I cannot get an answer from you. I explained what happened and went out and bought a tester for ph and I get zero response

Received 15 seeds, but five did not germinate. Disappointed I contacted ILGM and they handled everything very professionally and in a timely manner. I must say that I did get new seeds and they sent them very quickly. Thank you ILGM........Greg
