Sorry to say but the last ones I got only one came up done it the way I have done it from the first time I got any from you guys and never had a problem

I've been growing for over 5 years now and I've tried a couple of suppliers. ILGM has always been the best. I don't shop anywhere else.

I recently ordered five seeds and every single one of them germinated! My order arrived within just 3 days of placing it accompanied with tracking info from the get-go which is something that a lot of companies don't even offer anymore! Process was simple and straight forward. Catalog was easy to follow and informative. Deals were great! Delivered as promised. This was my 3rd order. Very happy with the results and plan to order again.

USPS failed to deliver my package, and they take zero responsibility. I even showed them evidence. They cannot care less.... I lost all my money using this crappy service. Stay away from them...

They sent me an empty box. It’s impossible to reach the customer service on the weekend. It’s been a month still no seeds. Horrible experience

Upon opening the box and examining the contents, I noticed that I’m missing the gold leaf seeds I bought at 50% off and the buy 10 get 10 of the GG4 are both missing from my order. I got the other but 10 get 10 that I ordered and the prerolls. I spent over $400 on this order and this is missing. I get on the site to see how to report and it’s been 8 days because I just got back from vacation and you only have a week. You gave to show the contents of the box which I don’t have because I threw the box and stuff in the trash. So, I’m just out. My advice, check your stuff thoroughly as soon as you can and don’t throw anything away until you do, JUST IN CASE. That was $150 down the drain.

I've ordered the same seeds twice the first order I had 4 out of 20 to germnate 16bad seeds. My second order I had 8 out of 10 so far with 10 to go. Any help would be appreciated I've sent this to your help site. Thank you.

Your company in my opinion is the best out there.No worring about anything.This year I decided to try and new company 10 seeds one germinate Won't even ask for new seeds.Very sorry I left your company IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

So far so good seeds are on napkins getting ready to sprout. (We hope) got 10. Blue dreams in the first stage. I've used ilgm probably 5/6 times now always good results. They stand behind their seeds. One time I didn't get my order told them and they immediately sent my seeds again no problems. I recommend ilgm to everyone I know that grows. Thanx Robert

Bought 5 seeds of the Cinderela auto all 5 seeds sprouted in 5 days. Highly Recomend to anybody. I will buy again.Dont buy from nobody else. Good customer service. I purchased 20 GSC SEEDS ALL 20 DID NPT SURVIVE I SHOULD OF KNOWN IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , IT WAS COMPLETE FAILUE AND DISASTER AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE SEEDS FROM AGAIN.

6 Years ago I began my growing journey with ILGM lighting the way for a rose gardner to growing first outdoor, then indoor flower. Yes, even after 6 years of grows I am still reviewing their information when I get stuck or run in to a problem I haven't encountered before (or don't remember what we did last time...old stoned brain). I just purchased (with their incredible sale) Crystal Metal seeds and two of the three I popped into water to soak 3 days ago grew taproots right in the soaking glass! Good seeds, yes? GREAT SEEDS! You cannot go wrong with ILGM, especially with their guarantees and history and reputation in the business. No, I am not getting paid for this review, I just believe in supporting those that support me.

I have purchased many orders of seeds they helped me order all my seeds purchased some are rite then some were wrong they made mistakes in my level of grower forgot to give me or credit me points from previous year now they sent my order pack of 3 varieties with Maui waui 179 they helped with order but did it wrong they charged me the price but I wanted to use my points I had 972 which would of been 100 dollars off they forgot to use my points I also asked them to send my gift from them 2o og. Seeds I guess they put in order then I called them a told them their error in not using my points they told me not to open but send back to us an they are supposed to handle this problem again Monday they received my return but now it’s Friday an have not heard back yet I just want my order rite the first time I should not of had to mail seeds back just because they charged me the wrong way not using my points will let u know how they handle this error will keep you all updated 6/5/26 Dave Lampe

My last order had an issue, and this was resolved very professionally and quickly. The seeds always arrive on time and are well packaged. The quality of the seeds is excellent. Almost all germinate, and those that don't are usually something I did wrong!
