You do not stand by your see guarantee

The last batch of og godfather had only 1 out of 3 seeds did not germinate . Your support person Claire denied my claim. I will never recommend ilgm.com again.

Had a problem with a few seeds, but ILGM corrected it

I've ordered from ILGM for a few years with no issues. Several seeds in my last order did not sprout but they we happy to replace them at no extra charge. I would always recommend ILGM for both customer satisfaction and variety of strains!

I love the delivery time!! However since I’m extremely small I germinate small batches and the last batch I got 50% to germinate of each seed strain. I put them in distilled water for 2-3 days some don’t open and the ones that do (7 of 10) 5 have germinated and are growing. For the price of the seeds and my yield it’s good.

At this point in my growing experience, I wouldn't chance it with another company!

NOT GOOD.

NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK FROM SAN DIEGO SINCE I SENT THEM THE MONEY. I CALLED THE NUMBER, AFTER 20+ RINGS THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE. I TOLD THEM I HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED SINCE I SENT THEM THE MONEY. THEY NEVER SENT ME ANYTHING. I CALLED THE BANK STOPED PAYMENT. TWO DAYS LATER I GOT MY ORDER. TWO OF THE SEEDS STARTED, AFTER TWO WEEKS THE PLANTS ARE ONLY TWO AND THREE INCHES TALL. I'LL WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THREE MORE POPED AND DIED. VERY DISAPOINTED IN EVERYTHING FROM SAN DIEGO. LAST YEAR I ORDERD FROM HOLLAND, IT TOOK LONGER BUT EVERYTHING WENT GREAT.

seeds arrived promptly, but..

I have purchased 3 sets of seeds and all sets arrived promptly and in good condition Unfortunately, I am finding that at least 20-25% of the seeds do not germinate. I have tried numerous ways to germinate them including the ilgm method, but with only limited success. I am also finding that the plants that do germinate do not yield the amounts advertised.
