I went with llgm because they guarantee their seeds will germinate or they will send you replacement seeds. I contacted them informing them some of my seeds did not germinate while others sprouted and are doing great. I kept getting the run around saying they would help me out but kept asking questions regarding where I planted them, how long did I give them, what soil did I use, what process did I use etc. I would answer their questions then I received another email with more questions. Everytime I replied they would reply with another question. I told them I followed their grow guide instructions and I was told I did not use the soil they recommended. I used a soil that had low pH but it was not a soil they approved of and that was the last I heard from them-so that was it-even though my other seeds are doing great and thriving they say it's my soil and no replacements are being sent...doesn't add up. Will not buy from them again or recommend them.

I tried germ a GGF. Didn't germ and I was told to wait til next year for replacement seed. How about sending me a cash refund now?

I recently bought 3 varieties of auto flowers and have been trying to germinate Girl Scout cookies. Only 3/6 germinated and I’m still waiting for a late 7th for a my 4 plant tent. I reported this to ILGM, sent pictures, and answered their questions, still no one offered to replace the BAD seeds as per their “guarantee.”

Never dealt with a company that treats u like ur their only customer. Fast service and personable. Their satisfaction guarantee is an understatement. I'm done shopping around. No need to. Awesome!!!

I wish all online purchases were as easy as it is from Ilgm. I have yet to be disappointed in any of the items I have purchased. They always send several emails after your purchase. This company is so amazing.

They took it on the chin for me. Without going into details... the most important detail is they got back to me with some seeds to compensate me. Even though they had wiggle room not to. They were fair but firm !

I’m new, so I don’t have anything to compare to. I started small, 2 seeds, and both germinated within 72 hours. I have had them in pots for 2.5 weeks and they are only a couple inches tall. Maybe normal, maybe not??? I had a poor light the first week, since upgraded, maybe too much water, don’t know??? I’m going to keep at them and see what happens. I can try something different next time. :)

Grew for years back in the day with limited results. Hit and miss. Retired and widowed now I started growing again last year. I wont lie, Ive had a few bumps but some rally great successes. Your seed bank takes a lot of the guesswork out and there is more than ample info online to have a great harvest. My favorite part about indoor grow is harvesting a nice plant in January.

Only four seeds out of twenty have sprouted. Seems pretty simple to drop them in water and wait. The shells split but no roots don’t pop out. I have been trying to send a message to the support team but it tells me that your sight isn’t working.

Though sometimes it takes some effort, their customer service is excellent in the end. Good product, though pricey. BOGO sales make it more affordable. No company is perfect but I highly recommend this one.
