I sent payment. Post Office verified receipt of my payment. No word from you all. You all could not find my payment. I had to communicate numerous times. Finally, you acknowledged payment. Beans received but low germination rate. I checked in after after long enough time had gone by to receive payment.

Always good looking productive plants. Healthy and good genetics. Seeds always pop. Orders arrive timely and discreetly.

I first started my growing journey with ILGM about three years ago. I took advantage of their 5 seed promotion for $89 with $40 coupon for Super Skunk. Which I used to purchase the Pot for pot 2 gallon deal. I started first with just growing in the open indoors and incandescent lights. This first grow produced marginal size buds but good yield. Then I purchased a grow tent, humidifier and spectrum grow light. The next grow was far superior. After growing the forth plant I realized I would need to get more seeds. But I made an error in judgment and made a purchase from Seedsman. First thing I noticed was the difficulty in getting the seeds to germinate. It was a 2 to 3 odd of success. Meaning 2 made it 3 did not. And the overall grow was poor yield at best. Then I went to Herbies. About the same results. All because I was trying to save a little money, and ended up with less smoke and a lot of aggravation. Mainly due to the week I would lose each time there was no germination. I then realized I should go back to ILGM. I just received a new order and the plant came up in just under two days. And looks extremely healthy. I come from the era of the oil commercial where the mechanic says " You can pay me now or pay me later". I have learned my lesson. Go with the best if you want the best. Hope this helps new growers. I'm sticking with ILGM. Thanks.

Only on out of 8 has popped. I have used you before and had no issues. I don't get it. Very disappointed

Had a 50% germination. Received replacement quickly. The original package had a big "ILG" on the front of the package . Not very indiscreet, I feel like my mail is being monitored now. I can't have that.

Very thorough. I was notified when my cash payment was received. 5-6 days snail mail. I was notified when my order was processed and shipped. 3-4 days I received tracking and notice when delivery was complete. I ordered Blue Dream feminized on sale 10 for 10 last month and Grandaddy Purple fem this month on sale 10 for 10. Have not planted yet but the Girl Scout Cookies Extreme feminized all popped (paper towel method) and all made nice strong plants. I have only tried one other seed bank and was very disappointed in the customer service and poor quality. Less than half the seeds popped and genetics sucked on the ones that did. I won't order from anyone else. Many thanks to Robert's team. Awesome job!

Very good success with your company but the Autoflower banana Kush seeds; have some problem germinating 3 seeds; never germinated I even tried different ways too. If you can sent a few seeds to replace them, much appreciated!

Inthis email thread back in May I had 5 seeds not germinate. I was told to wait and germinate the other seeds from same batch, just in case any of the other 15 didn't germinate. So total in all was 6 seeds didn't germinate from the 20 SSK FEM. All other actions I diand followed are within this email. So if ilgm would be so kind as to replace my 6 non germinated seeds.

I ordered the 20 pack of white widow auto flower 6 out of 10 germinated 4 seeds sank to the bottom of the glass and 2 of the 6 that germinated never sprouted. Over all this is first time growing so let's wait 10 more weeks and see what happens

My last 2 orders had good germination (10 for 10 and 18 out of 20) but after 3 weeks not in full vegetative stage yet. Before these I had a crop of 15 plants that grew to 3 inches and formed one bud. I have had others that seemed stunted as well. All were in pots of organic nitrogen soil and while I had a few grow properly others stopped growing. All in the exact same conditions (greenhouse in south FLA) I'm no novice. I have a full nursery on my property with vegetables, herbs and ornamentals. I have been buying from you for many years and have been for the most part satisfied but the seeds can be hit or miss. Thanks

ULGM is a great company. Great prices and excellent products.

My problem is out of 10 seeds planted four did not come up even after 3 weeks also I do not know the conversion of grams to liters to teaspoons for gallons I can't quite figure that part out proper and I'm scared to use the wrong amount so I am very disappointed in the directions for the plant food I feel is a bad waste of my money

I've spent $450 with ilgm..every batch had average of 3 bad seeds?! Only once did the staff try to make it right..then nobody wanted to message me back?..that disappointed me.Unless someone wants to make it right, I'll probably try a new seed bank..(Royal Queen, night owl..etc)..don't want to,rather stay loyal.. Show me you want wy biz for my 2023 grow..make good on your promise to make it right... Thanx

When i first started growing, i made a great deal of mistakes, killing most of my plants. I talked to ILGM about it and they replaced my seeds for free, though they knew it was probably my fault. (They also sent me a helpful link on growing. ) Ever since, i have been a dedicated customer (and I'm growing beautiful plants now, ILGM has great seeds!)

These guys are great to work with! I happened across the ILGM website one night and now it has become one of my daily reads. The wealth of knowledge ILGM shares in the (Grow Bible, Harvest Guide, forums,Etc) is huge and extremely helpful! Great product, great customer service, fast shipping, Easy to use simple website. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Seeds were delivered on time. They germinated within 24 hours. They are now set in my indoor grow. I will post with the final results in a few months
