While you take my money, send my orders and follow through with delivery. You do not guarantee the things you promote. Every order of seeds I have received from you I never had all my seeds germinate, and when I tried to contact you about your "GUARANTEED SEED RETURN" I never received a response by email, the phone # give never got answered and was never able to leave a voice mail. The addresses on the packages sent are from an P.O. Box or an address that does have anything to do with this company. I have spent a couple thousand dollars with this company and due to the seed quality which is average at best the customer service sucks and is non-existent!!!!!

I bought 20 Durban poison seeds from you folks! I shopped around just to see what is out there. I couldn’t believe the high prices! I bought some fat bastard seeds from another dealer, only 1 or 2 grew, very puny plants! Never do that again! ILGM has always been very honest with me and it is very easy to shop with you folks. I’ve used both cash and my debit card, cash is better faster. My seeds have always germinated and last fall I had a VERY bountiful harvest! Keep up the good work, I’m an old fart (75). last year my harvest was good, this year it was Amazing, but I'm having problems with the seeds i just bought from you. you sent my only one of my orders replacement.

Some seeds that were in just plastic zip were damaged. I sent a picture of the crushed seeds. And I received no response. This was my first purchase and will be the last.

I had purchased the sweet mix, however one strain was just rough is all I can say and that was the sunset sherbet which honestly barely germinated and I think I ended up with one only out of ten. I filled out a customer service voucher and asked that I be provided some better quality and no one got back to me so not sure how I get that or if even an option but I have been growing for over 20 years and I know when there is some sort of an issue and this had something out of the ordinary wrong.

No issues tell last shipment .. Was short a couple ... It Happens I suppose ... Sent info .. No response ... Have a Great Day

I've used a few different seed company's. ILGM is by far the best quality and their customer service is top notch! Wouldn't recommend anyone but ILGM.

First time experience with company and everything has gone as advertised.

It was so easy to select and payfor. The seeds were shipped very quickly with no issues. ILGM notified me of every step along the way.

Well, I ordered the seeds. I got them within a week everyone crew they were all very uniform and their growth patterns and I just love the strain cheddar cheese. I am ready to grow it again and again.

Had issues with germination on my purcase of autoflower...my first time ever. Still don't know why it happened but it did.They took care of me and my new seeds have sprouted. LOVE ILGM

I had some seeds that did not germinate and these guys had the seeds replaced in 5 days.

Had an issue with a couple of seeds germinating but you guys are about your word you fixed it; which helps me feel more comfortable with your company I know that you guys are real! And you keep your word which is very important! So I give you five stars no complaints from me! I think it's cool because that way we don't lose anything if the seat don't germinate we actually get a replacement which puts us right back where we need to be so thank you for that! I had two plants grow from the last batch and they were delicious I'm still smoking them now! I love the plants so thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you I will be ordering more soon.

I've been a customer for five plus years and I have never encountered a problem, which have been very few, (from growing to billing), that they haven't made right and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction.
