Easy fast shipment great product

Genetics are good, large variety and have not had a bad seed of yield yet !

So far my experience with ilgm has been wonderful.i have had great success with their products and they delivered exactly what they promise with no issues.i also wanted to say I bought the plant protector set. Excellent product.i have used the root protector and bug blaster so far.bugblaster is effective and does not hurt beautiful flowers that are forming or have formed.you can use the set at all stages with little concern.the root protector I sprayed in with spray bottle onto dirt then ran water through to wash it down to root system.but all 3 products I have purchased have been top shelf.luckily I did my research and started with ilgm and I'll definitely be a customer for life.thankyou to robert Bergman a true professional and thanks to the ilgm team! You guys have been wonderful!

So I have ordered about a different orders from ilgm.com and I have issues with just about every order. The first order I packed was for some seeds. I put it to my PO Box because I currently reside in Mexico. I had read several things on the website to think that this would be a non-issue. Unfortunately when the seeds came they were denied by customs. Okay no problem I get it. I reached out to customer service in regards to their guaranteed safe shipping. I was then told it’s not their responsibility to solace confiscated seeds. When I tell you not to even a week later I received literature from ilgm.com in my email regarding the company easily able to send seeds over the border. Suffice to say I was livid that they were trying to guarantee seeds over the border and I called them out on it and they said it’s not their responsibility. Okay I chalked up that experience to my novice of all these things. I ordered all the fertilizer that was recommended by the site over 2 months ago. I have not received anything but a credit card statement showing that I paid almost $100. I also ordered another set of seeds send to another location. Those seeds were sent out before my fertilizer and we’re received. So now I have given hundreds of dollars to this company and have received the very worst customer service ever. Yet they are very good at sending out promotional emails for their website especially signed with the company’s owners signature. I was really looking forward to growing my own and having support. But all I’ve experienced from this website is the exact opposite. I would put 0 stars if I could. I’m also looking into litigation as such fals advertising deems a response. My mother is barred in Arizona where th original seeds were delivered and also in California so she is looking into legal ramifications.

Customer service is beyond good. Had a minor issue with a couple of the seeds. I contacted them and issue resolved within 48 hours. Can't ask for more these days of automated and canned responses and having to hear garbage like," due to an higher amount of calls please leave a message" . Which translate to " we are saving money by not hiring replacement staff and we are lying to you about it".

Delivered when it was supposed to. Easy instructions to follow.

I bought seeds from a few different sites before I found ilgm. So far EVERY SINGLE seed has sprouted. I've germed exactly as directed,(soak in water then the paper towel). They kicked out a tap root within 24 hrs of dropping them in the water. The service from when I ordered has been excellent. Very happy thus far and plan on using ilgm for all my cultivation needs.

Blue cheese auto Seeds popped within hours!

Not only did I have issues with germination with 3/5 of the different type of seeds I purchased, I got 2 males that have jeprodized my entire crop when I purchased guaranteed feminized seeds. I don't know how common place this is but I put a lot of work into my plants this year and I find this super disappointing.

Seeds were delivered as promised. All seeds sprouted and are now 5 feet tall.

I ordered 10 of the candy kush , only 3 germinated and died a day later . Ilgm replaced them as they said , received replacements , 8 out of ten germinated and produced a sign of a root then turned into a white ball of mush and died off . I am not looking for more replacements for more heart break ( I myself always seem to have germination problems with the kush strains ). Time to reorder strains that I have much better luck with . Thanks Ilgm , hope to have better Luck with future orders .

Spent 120 bucks on 20 seeds and only 5 germinated. Out of that 5 only 3 actually grew. They replaced the 15 Autos and sent me 15 Photos. Will definitely be the last time I do business with ILGM. MultiverseBeans.com is where it's really at!

ILGM is top notch in both costumer service and seed quality! All of there genetics I have tried were excellent! They realy do stand behind there promise to back up there seeds. I would recommend them 100%

What else can I say. They are slowly growing and we will see if the are what they say they are. It's hard to tell at this point.

I have ordered through other companies and this is the only one that delivers. The other company I will not name, but have shipped twice and nothing arrives. I have not germinated yet, but will be soon.

Customs service and response se to emails was quick and efficient. Have not planted my new seeds yet. Hope this time is a success.
