I ordered a number of strains of feminized seeds. One strain turned out to be auto flowering. Of course it wasn’t apparent until they started budding and by that time it was too late to plant more feminized seeds. This is resulting in a significantly lower yield and although I was sent replacement seeds it really puts me at a loss this year.

My order was delivered in about 5 days. I followed directions to germinate and in 2 days they sprouted, it's been 3 weeks and they are doing very well. I'm very anxious and excited to see the whole process work out and especially the end result. The ILGM website is also a very useful resource for info and directions. Thank you for everything. You have ignited a spark inside me that is turning into a raging flame.

I have been a loyal customer for some time during which I have had several decent grows from ILGM seeds. Recently had some seeds that failed to germinate and contacted customer service for resolution of the issue based on their guarantee. I was told I had to return the defective seeds and was given an address by customer service that was in The Netherlands. By the time everything was packaged and ready to return the post office advised me that I would need to fill out a customs form and the whole thing with tracking and overseas delivery was more than $70 !!! So I was asked to pay more than three times the worth of the seeds and was basically told to lie on the customs form about the contents!!When I advised customer support they gave me another address in California where I shipped the seeds over a month ago. They wanted me to also pay for tracking which was just not going to happen and said that they don't usually provide the California address So a month later they say my seeds have not yet arrived . That's customer service!!!???The policy is not clear or concise on returns!

I have always got good feedback when I asked questions. I have used their information to have several good crops.

My most recent order was received promptly, discreetly, and intact. I opted for the Runtz while on buy 10 get 10, and have yet to germinate. Not my first experience with ILGM though as I’ve grown their WW, GSC, and BD to name a few. Roughly 95% germination rate thus far and EVERY plant to full fruition! Think I might phenohunt these Runtz, what ya think? Highly recommend

Great customer service. Answered all ?. Beans arrived 3 days earlier then expected. 3 time getting my beans at ilgm n probably 90% rate on germination. Diffently recommend to friends.

Delivery came days earlier then expected. I bought a set of the fertilizer, haven't used it yet, I am currently in the middle of a grow using natural fertilizer. I am planning on using this fertilizer in my next run which will be 3 inhouse genetics apple jax.

Had bad luck with these seeds. None came up from the soil. Previous seeds were perfect. Super skunk auto flower

Took a little to get these to grow strong and tall. They made it to 4" and doing well. This is my 3rd or 4 order from Ilgm.com. Great seeds and nice price. Out of about 18 seeds planted, only lost 2. May have been my error.

Four of five didn’t germinate so the company replaced them in a timely manner.
