I have ordered from ILGM five times, three of which I did not receive what I ordered. The customer service is very nice and responsive, however, I could not get the refund I requested without them asking me to send the remainder of seeds to Holland for testing. I ordered Purple Kush photos and got sativas.....Even customer service when seeing the pics, agreed THEY WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED. They offered an exchange which I took and it happened AGAIN. I ordered photo seeds that went to flower in 32 days....AUTOS!!! Nooooo.... I do love the company, but genetics are poor and seeds are mixed at best. You never know what you will get. I did a poll on ILGM PAGE on Facebook and 41 people out of 78 that responded have had similiar experiences, what a shame.

So far tried to germinate 3 seeds and have not had any good results. 4th one I put in refrigerator over night and two days I see a tail popping out so fingers crossed. Shipping was fast.

I currently have two plants going both looking absolutely exquisite. Had an issue with the germination process had 2-5 seeds pop. I messaged them and within a day I had a response, I explained my situation to them and they had my new seeds out for delivery within a few days. Great seeds! Great customer service.

I have been purchasing from you for a few years now. Never had a problem until one time I ordered Girl Scout cookies Autoflower. None of them would sprout but you replaced all of them for me at no extra charge according to your guarantee. Sarah was extremely helpful. And I was extremely grateful. No problems whatsoever! The company and the web page overall is excellent. The problem was that we (several neighbors) planted around April first and all was going well until we got several hot days in a row. Even though we moved them from the garages to inside the the damaged was done and we watched them die a slow death with no buds to speak of. These were the girl scout cookie Fem. batch. Not so good This is my second attempt from this company and have only had two of the 20 seeds that actually even sprouted we’ll see how it goes

I received a 5 pack of Sour Diesel and 1 didn’t sprout.just bought a mix pack dropped 5 in the ground 3 came up 2 didn’t germinate. Almost $200 spent I need some answers!!!!

White widow autos did the 10 get 10 all 20 popped and it was a huge harvest always satisfied with ilgm good genetics awesome strains there service is amazingly good

Easy transaction good selection,,, first time auto, wasn’t crazy about but worked.. all autos popped. Had several feminized seeds that just wouldn’t pop but most popped ok.. I can’t compare ILGM because you’re the only company I’ve bought from… Overall satisfied… Thank you kindly…

Great experience but gave four seeds to my brother 2 out of 4 where female planted 4 myself 1 out of 4 female spent alot of time enjoying the grow but wish I could of figured out sex of plants sooner I have pictures of results but love growing very challenging

I had 3 out of 5 northern lights auto that didn't germinate. Explained the situation to ILGM and the methods I used. No questions asked, they replaced them just as their policy states. I have one with about 3 weeks left of flowering and another in vegetative state that's growing vigorously with some light LST.

Would recommend to everyone. Best seed company in the US. 100%reliable ,discreet and guaranteed germination or they will replace it.

I had an issue with some seeds that wouldn't germinate. ILGM honored their germination guarantee and shipped replacement seeds after verifying my grow setup. The new seeds all germinated without issue and are growing into beautiful healthy plants. Thanks!
