Seeds were in good condition when I received them some of the seeds did not germinate they were replaced at no cost to me . I will be a ILGM customer for life.

The whole ordering process was seamless. My seeds arrived within 5 business days and I live 3/4 distance across the country from ILGM. Same experience with all three of my orders. No germination issues either. Great selection of strains available.

My seeds did not do well Customer service gave me ec=xcellent tips and new seeds.

I like the process of buying seeds and how fast they get here.however,that's where my experience changes. I'd like think I'm a reasonably intelligent person,but getting my seedlings to grow to where I can put them in my garden has been impossible. I follow all instructions to the letter.i use the best potting soil.i try several seeds at a time as I am an everyday smoker.they all germinate (mostly).2 or 3 will look better than the others after I place 5 under a CFL light and 5 in a south facing window. Then,2 will look like they're strong,a few look ok.5-7 days later the others just don't grow.the stalks are skinny and eventually just fall over even after moving the light away a little.i use collected rain water and a spray bottle a couple times daily. The 2 song seedlings stalks look good then stop. The leaves all have a nice green color but seem to curl under. I water less,I move the the light closer,then farther. My friends have done the same things in the same way and grow great weed.the difference is their seeds don't come from ilgm.just sayin. Thanks for reading. Don P.S. yes I downloaded the grow bible.

I have not started my auto-flower Grow yet, but I have many friends that use ( Ilgm ) seeds, and they say 100% germination and growth every time. I'm excited to start!

All my orders until now have been great. But this last order I have had all seed germinate but and come up and die

If you remember I only got a few seeds to germinate Of the original 20. You were kind enough to send me another 20. Because it’s late in the year I only tried to germinate four of them and three of them became seedlings. I expected 100% germination so that’s a little disappointing.

One shipment was lost and one arrived. When my list shipment did arrive I was disappointed to find that or of 20 seeds only 1 was viable. Unable to speak to anyone about a refund .... Phone number is on only a recording. My advice do not use this company until customer service is a priority.

Well this is the second time that out of 20 seeds all that sprouted was 2 plants.and I use your grow method too the letter

My only problem follows: I have purchased 30 seeds from you. I have successfully germinated five Sour Diesel and two of the Blue Dream seeds using the water glass method. However, a third Blue Dream in the same glass as the other two has failed to germinate. I have transferred that seed to a wet paper towel. So far no success. The other two seeds are now seedlings in potting soil. I have plenty of seeds, so I do not want a replacement nor do I specifically desire a refund. I would be pleased with an account credit and/or any suggestions. Thank you.

My first order got lost in the mail. Assuming the postman is growing some beans now? Replacement sent out immediately! Every bean germinated without issue..

We planted the seeds right away. A week later they sprouted so cute. A few days later as they began to grow they all died!!!! It was so sad. My husband has a green thumb and we just don’t know what happened.

We lost our entire season due to bad seed you sold us. We wont be bit by that dog again.
