Excellent Customer Support

In todays day and age, it is hard to find good customer support. I ordered some seeds and unfortunately some did not germinate. I followed the ILGM procedure and within 5 days had replacement seeds. You can’t ask for anything more. As well their support guides for growing are very good. There is no opinionated statements, just pure knowledge. If you have grown anything in the past like myself you will understand everything in the support literature.

No germination

This is 3rd order of seeds I've gotten fromILGM. I'm not an amateur, been growing hydroponics for awhile. Each order of seeds I bought had a unsuccessful rate of nongerminateing of 35%. I complained last time and got no satisfaiction . You basically said it was my fault . I'm expecting the same answer this time. I'll probably find a new supplier.

Could not go wrong with ILGM

This company not only guarantees delivery but also viability of each seed. The customer service treats you like part of the family(which you become). They have a forum that walks you through any issues you may have. Highly recommend ILGM

14 out of 15 germinated and growing, been using another company for many years in the last couple have gone straight downhill, only germinated 15% of the seeds they gave me, this company is legit

Got 10 seeds, 3 plants out of 10 have have grown the other 7 nothing

Bought seeds from you before got 7 foot plants . This year only 3 out of ten plant’s grew the other 7 never sprouted. Spent a 160 dollars on seeds this year

Piss poor

Ilgm sent me autoflowering seeds when I ordered feminized. I've got nothing but auto responses when I complained. This is supposed to be a quality company with good customer service. My experience with them has been frustrating and money wasting.

My seedlings are doing great!

Received my seeds in good time after payment was verified. Began germination and 2 weeks in, I have seedlings growing nicely.

Great customer service!

I ordered the Hero Pack. A few of my Gold Leaf & Bruce Banner did not germinate properly. I emailed ILGM & they apologized & sent me out 10 new BB & 5 new Gold Leaf to replace the one that didn't germinate. Their customer service is 2nd to none. I wish all the seeds I tried to germinate would've popped but them making it right makes me not as mad. I would purchase from them again. The plants that are growing look beautiful & huge! Also I had a few of the BB germinate & when they sent out my replacements.they replaced all 10 of my BB & all 5 of my GL. How can you not purchase from a company that has such great customer service? I will definitely do business with them in the future. PS: I had no problem germinating my Black Widow or my SkyWalker OG.

Fast easy shipping good quality seeds

Arrived very fast in a padded envelope, seeds are good quality, very good grow, both feminized and autoflower. Have bought numerous times different strains. Very happy overall .

Hit and Miss

Had one variety turn out great. Had one that did not germinate even after several attempts. Just sprouted a third variety, we’ll see how it turns out

I love Runtz but it seems to have a low sprouting rate.

For me, Runtz provides a very enjoyable high... better than most strains I've tried. However, most of the seeds (7 out of 10) didn't sprout. This could have been just a "luck of the draw" issue with this specific group of seeds, but was a bit disappointing. A far as service goes, ILGM is always top rate.

everything I need in one great website

My experience with ilgm has been a positive one. They make the ordering process simple and they have the best seeds and strains along with helpful information for whatever it is you need to know. The shipping process is guaranteed. I once had a delivery that didn't arrive or perhaps was stolen from the mail box, whatever the case ilgm replaced that order, swiftly as well. Ilgm is my only choice for all things marijuana.

First time grower. All the web site states is true as seeds sprouted as planned and support on web is excellent. Safety is as claimed and purchase and delivery is seamless . Really a quality firm in this age of fraud and smoke mirrors !

Helped by replacing seeds that did not germinate.

I have purchased from you for the last year and a half and have been very happy with my success. My last order some seeds did not germinate, and after reaching out to you I go assistance from Alex, I believe was his name, and received the seeds pronto. They are currently in my grow space and looking great. As I said before, you guys have made a customer for life! I look forward to experimenting with different strains as the seasons roll on... Thanks again for your product, and your backing the product when it isn't quite up to snuff!

Seeds arrive fairly promptly.

I keep having the same problem. Maybe 60% of my seeds germinate. I keep them in fridge. I put them in bottled water to germinate. I keep them in a darken environment. Once they germinate, the plants are fine.

your seeds do not germinate

time after time, year after year most of the seeds you send do not germinate. this year i have 2 out of ten that are growing. your slow to respond to replacement seeds. this is the last time i ever buy seeds from ilgm.
