I have made several purchases, all arrived on schedule. Out of approximately 40 seeds between me and a friend only 6 didn’t start. I sent an email and told them which ones were bad and 2 days later I had a full credit! Will be shopping here again soon.

I initially bought 5 seeds from ILGM, of a variety that seems to grow well in our area. Only 3 of the seeds germinated, so I asked for replacements. I received another 5 of the same kind and none of them germinated. Finally, I was offered another 5 with the suggestion that I try another variety. Those arrived and all germinated, so while I was made whole as far as germinated seeds, it has taken a couple of months and growing has been delayed. I have tried other seed suppliers and never had this problem before.

I have had excellent experience. Delivery time and packaging is great. Have had no problem with product. Everything is good and I'm happy. Just a thinks for everyone involved. Remember ....I'm the boss. : )

Germinated 6 seeds as directed in your video. After planting them 3 started to come up but just died. I typically have a “green thumb” but not with these seeds.

We have been faithful clients since inception of ILGM, Bibles, Grow Guides, Chats, etc., and have placed multiple orders for several years building bonus points only to be erased one day no bonuses as promised etc. so we decide great product and placed another order. We have since scaled way back however our most recent order has been a little disappointing about 50% germination very rare from you and not something that we have ever experienced using the products in the past

I used to get 100% germination. The last two orders 1/2 or less of the seeds germinated:

ive gotten several strains all came in record time they all germinated my most recent strain is lsd I'm growing outside in Arizona and coming up nicely

I only grow a couple at a time so my orders last me awhile! This last batch I got 6 or 7 that sprouted almost immediately!! Then this round out of 10 white widows only 1 sprouted! It’s lookin good so far.

A couple of duds but overall great.

I have ordered from you in the past and been very happy and successful with my seeds growing to larger plants. This time sadly that was not the case. Unfortunately 3 of the seeds were in water for 10 days and never popped open. I believe those were the Blue Haze ones. We planted the 3 that did pop into soil and they began to grow but quickly withered away and died. I have grown them before up north and had success but once I moved to South Carolina none succeeded so far. I bought 10 seeds total 5 from blue haze and 5 from your special golden type seeds. I can't remember the name. Is there any way we could get more seeds, some advice, or a refund if possible? We have started another 3 seeds in a moist towel that seem to be doing better. Saving the last one in the fridge.

I got my seeds in about a week. I was a little worried at first cause the seeds were a little on the small side but to my surprise germ time was 3 days and my plants are healthy and happy.

There customer service was Amazing. But nothing else was. Almost half my orders either didnt sprout or got sick and died through every stage of growth waste of money.

My problems were instantly handled

I have held off writing a review as I didn't want to leave it negative feedback. I will say the shipping and security was fantastic. I was anxiously awaiting my order and it arrived within days. Now, that being said, I have tried to germinate 16 seeds. To date, I only have 4 plants??!! 1 is doing well, 2 are slow growing but look heathy. The other one is dying. I followed the directions and Im truly at a loss. Hoping, with fingers crossed, the last 4 seeds are successful. There's a lot to be said for this company in a positive light. My personal experience is just disappointing. Would recommend ilgm.

this is the new year. i purchased 5 auto flower seed from you guys for the first time auto-flower experience. seed came within a week, very secure. got all 5 seed popped and been growing ever since. i did the old school wet paper-towel trick with 2 seeds, took a little long to see green. then i dropped the other 3 right into soil, without popping them, and had green within 3 days. i will be transplanting them this weekend. great experience and will be a guaranteed customer for all the years to come. thank you again!

Your website gave me all the info and articles to find out the best strain for me. Then once my seeds came in, I started with 2 (I purchased 5) and they both are thriving! The videos you provide Are so helpful especially to first time growers!
