I have made several transactions with ILGM and have always been satisfied with their expedient service and the various products purchased. I like that they quite often have various sales and promotions. Like their BOGO. Due most likely to user error(lol), I have only had to contact customer service once. Their response was very timely and responsive. They had already fixed the issue and my order went through successfully. Which i received within 48 hours. Which seems to be the norm. Wish all companies were like this!

I love taking guess work out of the equation. I know 100% what I'm growing & my plants are genetically available here.

They replace bad seeds but lately I been receiving dried up seeds why send dried seeds knowing they want germinate

Sometimes and rarely, you'll get duds that fail to launch or display wacky genetics. But the ILGM replacement guarantee is for real. The info resources are among the best around, and the independent, ILGM-sponsored forum is without peer. ILGM isn't my only seed bank source, but it's usually the first place I look.

I bought ten autoflower wedding cake seeds on order #952233392. Five of them were tiny in size and did not germinate. Until now I didn't realize your guarantee policy. This has been my first try at growing and its been a learning experience. I have now ordered and received order #702389043 for Godfather OG feminized seeds. I'm looking forward to a good experience with these. I'll hold off on a recommendation until after my next growing experience.

Great company. Great support. They genuinely seem to care and that's important support when most growers have a lot of time and money invested in their grows. I purchased some cheaper seeds (trying to save money) from another seed bank and none of them germinated. Very disappointing and not very good custome service. I learned my lesson. I purchased from ILGM before and always had great luck. For me purchasing from IGLM is now my first choice and well worth paying a little extra for quality and variety. Excellant quality, superb customer service, and love the extra tips and grow bible to help my plants along. This time I used the Bean Booster and after 24 hours my babies have little tales. I bought 10 autoflowering seeds and five seeds I got free and plan it all of them and seeding tray with lights and only two germinated out of 15.

I've been buying from ILGM for 7 + yrs. This purchase has a new feel to it and the site has a new look. My questions re: Where is Bergman and is this new ownership went unanswered. All 3 of my attempted germinations are up., lookin good at 2".

Ordered 5 beans, all germinated, 4 sprouted, 3 grew, one stayed at 2 leaf seedling for 2 months! Then 1 showed hermaphrodite, week strain or bad feminization technique.
