Best in the business!

Had a germination issue that was most likely my fault on my 10 wedding cake seeds and Ilgm’s customer service helped me and quickly replaced my seeds. Followed germination instructions to the letter and some of the most vigorous seeds I have ever seen! Tails sprouted in less than 24 hrs and at around 48 hrs they had already sprouted out of the ground

Not good

Good service bad product.

I have had horrible luck germinating the seeds. I started off using your recommended method germination with not very good results. I got 4 seeds to germinate out of 15. I reached out and received more seeds from you which I appreciate. Upon receiving new seeds I continued to use your recommended method of germination and my usual method of germinating seeds and my luck was not much better.

Arrived on time

I bought 10 and received 10 free and have planted all 20 but only 8 has germinated. I believe they were guaranteed to grow.

100% germination

Easy, timely, very intetesting!

ILGM with ILGM!

Seeds... I messed up about 7, referred back, made an adjustment, and BOOM... I'S ALIVE!!! The site info and grow support is top notch! I only wish the payment/shipping process was a little faster, but then again, I could just be spoiled by Amazon! I rock with ILGM!

They made a mistake, but made it right. (ILGM credit)

They do not seem very knowledgeable getting the same information in the same way they post information. Words and pictures. After 10 or so photos I sent, they still could not tell if my plants were flowering. Not a great look for a seed bank. Furthermore, I've learned that the majority of research I've done resulted in the same outstanding opinion: Do not use ILGM. I thought seed banks were all pretty much the same. Nah, the same seed pack they charged me $100's for, I could have got the same for under $50. You can search yourself, the #1 unanimously recommended seed bank has packs for $30-$50 with end user photos from several people next to each one. The exchange in the emails with ILGM planted a seed of uncertainty, that turned into a tree of doubt. Luckily for me, it was well placed, considering.. 2 stars for the credit (which is weird too because they could tell from the last time I sent them photos of my issue which is the same issue lol. I ordered photos and got autos. Now I ordered autos that I think are photos. But again, they were unable to discern something an 8th grader could from 10 photos. I didn't want credit, or money, I just wanted to let them know, as well as ask them for help. ILGM, do not email me with some bull**** about this review. (really nice with the user agreement of processing my info too)
