Within 10 days I had my ordered in hand. I immediately began sprouting process. I did have a few duds. 3 to be exact. I contacted customer service. I heard back within in 24 hours. They requested a contact them back when I an finished sprouting all the seeds. They took note of the 3 that did not sprout and assured me my replacements will be sent when I an ready to receive them. Great company overall. In a few weeks I will know how great there product actually is. I can not wait.

I've been purchasing from IGLM for years, never had any problems. Even when the seeds were coming from Amsterdam with a Asia address. This order I received 30 seeds of one strain and 10 of another. My order was for 20 seeds each. Sent an email about the order being wrong and after 5 days I received a email back telling me to take a photo, By that time it was to late. I already germinated 15 for the summer grow. Shipping took over two weeks, faster from Amsterdam Bottom line is this is the first time I ever had a problem and I hope it's the last.

Amazing customer support and response. Any issues are resolved pretty quickly and they are super customer friendly. Obviously the actual products and selection is top shelf.

ILGM has been a great seed repository to order from. Seeds germinate as they describe, but be careful, they're super delicate. Follow their method and seeds come alive. Customer service has always been top notch and prices are low enough to keep me coming back!

I am two and a half months into my grow. The white widow, Gorilla Glue and Skittles. I will leave a review in October Harvest Time so far everything is growing amazing and the smells are incredible.

I have only 3 seeds that have blossomed the rest haven't come started its been 2 weeks

This is the second season I have purchased seeds the ordering and receiving process of the seeds were great. However more than half of my seeds did not sprout this time and only four seeds sprouted when I tried it last year. I tried different methods but nothing seemed to work.

ILGM makes it so simple to shop and buy seeds online. A great website. Their custom service is also great. Very prompt with their help.

I tried calling but only received an answering machine with no way to leave a message. The seeds where delivered fine and I followed the germination process but two of the seeds never open.

I have ordered seeds from ILGM several times.I ordered 10 and get ten free in April Out of 20 I have 12 up.I germinated them same as I always do but they haven't came up.This is the 3rd time I have bought seeds from ILGM that didn't ever come up.I have ordered 10 more since then.Im going to try again.

I did everything they said to do any only 3 seeds sprouted and out of those 2 were a little stunted and I’ve got one that came out promising very upset with this batch

Helped me diagnose a PH issue by being able to post about it.

Have only had one minor mishap and chose to keep it. I prefer all auto flowers and I’m waiting for a few new ones to come. I hope you can find, gorilla skittles, does si dos and Runtz all in auto flower. I’m not always organized at my age and two orders ago I ordered the classic pack it did arrive, I think I accidentally put it in the trash however I keep popping at a shop somewhere in my home.

Ordered twice. Second time had an issue with growing. Seeds sprouted but then didn’t continue growing and died. Contacted them and they immediately sent me replacement. Great customer service and they stand by their products. Would highly recommend for quality and service.

I like all the information you have about the plants and the beginner area. The seeds I have ordered sprouted easy.

I planted these seeds and none of the plants looked very healthy. Very small seedlings and pale in color, not real green. I used fish fertilizer after second set of leafs came on. Can't believe how small they are. I planted some g glue seeds, they are about twice as big as White widow seedlings.

Very pleased with both products and service-- shipping was fast and discreet. Will definitely do more business in the future with Ilgm.
