All non germinating seeds were replaced last season with no problem. This year so far only 1 of 11 GS cookie dough did not sprout. And 1 of 3 skywalker failed to sprout. Thats all I have planted so far. It's great that if you have a question about anything you get an answer right away. I will never purchase seeds from anyone else. It's not about the price; it's the great help you get along the way when you need it.

Delivery was good. Germinated in water as suggested but 20% of seed didn’t germinate.

I have been a customer of ILGM for close to 10 yrs. Typically I never really have any major issues with their seeds. I've grown some absolutely beautiful plants with stems the diameter of a baseball bat. When I had seeds that didn't pop, they were promptly replaced. That being said, since last year I have had some poor experiences regarding germination. And I have not changed anything from previous years, ( except the soil) I have grown indoors and out, auto flower, and non auto. Competitors seeds have continued to do well. Not sure what has happened.

I love this site and will definitely be ordering more!! Mine are three weeks old and they look beautiful!! A couple already have a great smell!!

My orders have always been prompt and confidential. ( You know how small towns are.) I had one issue and the problem was fixed to 2 emails. They make it so easy.

The replacement seed I didn’t germinate them yet. But for me to germinate 51% I am already happy! Considering that some of the seeds are damage on the mail delivery & some of them are broken I was still able to get 51% germination, and the seeds that didn’t make it to germination was replaced! I am already happy.

ILGM has become my primary seed source.

First 5 seeds I ordered 1 didn't germinate but was sent another 5 seeds to replace. I will be using ilgm for my seeds in the future.

I have had a dozen purchases over the last couple of years. Transactions are always smooth. One time there was a problem with the seeds germinating and the company sent me replacement seeds free of charge. So the fact that they honor their guarantee and stand by their product makes them even better in my eyes.

I ordered 2 varieties of seeds this spring. I had trouble germinating a few of the seed and a couple other seedlings died. Ilgm replaced all 10 seeds and I'm now growing 4 of them (saving the others for next year) and they are doing splendidly!

The company is fine. Seeds arrived on time as advertised. We now have gone through 10 seeds and none of them grew in soil. We put them in expensive high quality soil and under a grow light and....... nothing. No success whatsoever. Very disappointing because I spent over $100 plus shipping and trusted this company but have absolutely no results.
