ILGM does a great job with selection and shipping times. Much easier that other seedbanks to deal eith.

It's been good. But I'm having trouble figuring out how to contact support foe a few seeds the didn't sprout.

Been buying for 3 years and only a couple issues bur customer service took care of it.

Everything went as expected. Very consistent service.

Have germinated 6 Super Lemon Haze Autoflower seeds so far, all have sprouted and are doing great. First time indoor grower, will definitely be peeing more seeds from ILGM!

Two of my seeds didn't germinate. I sent support a email and they quickly replaced rhe seeds.

Glad I opted for 10+10 seeds. Ive gone many years abstaining due to employer. Im now retired and have decided to see if my thumb is green as my lungs. Instead of risking al 20 seeds I tried 5 that succumbed to over watering. Ive tried 5 more to have a 35 degree in temp swing killing 3 of 5. The two are forming the leaves after moving them into a closet with grow lights. Ive ordered a timer, lights and a few other essentials knowing its risky at best to attempt outdoors this late on a G13. I will attempt 5 more when my equipment comes in.

The only problem I had with my seeds is that 6 didn't germinate but the other 14 are doing great

About half of the Gorilla Glue seeds did not germinate.

Shipping was good got it fast I started 4 plants on 5/10 no Germination yet Started 4 more plants in a different medium will see what happens in a few days!!!

I have been using ILGM for 5 years with good results until lately, never had a problem with germination before and consistently used the paper towel method. ILGM was very good about replacing seeds that did not sprout, but what good is that if replacement seeds don't sprout either? My plans for outdoor crop are ruined. Emails with their rep were slow and revealed he gets over 250 emails a day to respond to! If ILGM has that many daily problems with a product that is not what it used to be, I will be moving to another vendor. I also received no reply when i asked if they even test their seeds. I am very disappointed with company I used to enjoy doing business with. Buyers beware!

They replaced them as per there guarantee….only half of the replacement germinated

got a special offer. had minor problem with a couple of seeds not cracking. Team Bergman took care of it, with immediate replacement. Better than excellent service! Staff heros and angels are extraordinary.

I reordered 10 seeds, because some of the seeds I ordered previously did not sprout. I reordered 5 seeds of white widow, they sprouted nicely in a bucket on my porch. I reordered 5 seeds of cbd blueberry because they have not sprouted in the first attempt. The five seeds of cbd blueberry have not sprouted yet again. I planted The blueberry seeds in the same type of buckets as the white widow seeds where planted, both strains have the same exact environment and conditions, white widow seeds sprouted and blueberry have not. Got some seeds, first time buying them afar. Planted same as I have for 25+ years. Some didn't come up, contacted these great people, low and behold I rec'd more seeds. The plants themselves look awesome, can't wait to harvest.

I ordered 10 OG and 10 buy 10 get 10 WW. I had 29 out of 30 seeds germinate. My past experience with other companies is 80% of seed germination. ILGM has outstanding quality seed.

Havent tried for a refund on the seeds that didnt germinate so we will see how that goes

Excellent customer service super quick turnaround received seeds in less than a week thanks Unfortunately out of 20 seeds I’ve got four struggling we had super wet super cold spring irrigation in the greenhouse came on unexpectedly and saturated my seedlings eight survived got everything dried out repotted them Last night either a mouse or a lizard ate 4 of healthy ones. Just crappy luck this year not to stop trying thanks
