Many purchases, always delivered as promised, super variety, the Grow Guide and forums offer everything I've needed for successful harvests, and the germination guarantee is true. I had seeds that didn't germinate. I waited for a year before sending an email to ILGM about those seeds. The seeds were replaced and they included some extra seeds. The absolute best company to do business with!

My issue with germination over the years is this. Germination rates are exceptional nearly all sprout but the stems grow so fast that they are soon 4 to 6 inches tall with only one set of leaves the stems are very thin and fragile because of the fast growth that unless they are kept upright or buried much deeper they fall over and die. If I wanted to grow indoors I would invest (like I had in the past) in all the lights fans tents filters etc etc etc. As it stands I with growers would strive to germinate much hardier seedlings that put more energy into the stem than they currently do . I'm thinking the only way to grow is to get a grow light and fans for seedings in hopes that they don't sprout up so high so fast. This is the sort of information that breeders need to share especially if a person is an outdoor enthusiast

I purchase some granddaddy Purple seeds however they did noy gemmate When I informed IIGM they fantastic about how well they solved my problem and their response in one day as to what they would do to correct the situation. I was sent different replacement seeds and now my problem is solved Outstanding customer service I will continue to use your company and recommend you to all my friends/family thx James

well i've been dealing with ilgm for 6 ot 7 years now,in the beginning i woul have 100% germination rate but since they moved from europe to the usa the seeds aren't as good,they might germinate but then some are deformed and don't grow correctly.The pot is good if you can get the seeds to grow.

I notified ILGM about the poor quality of the seeds that I received. I have had only 30 percent germinate. This includes my original order and the additional 10 seeds that I received after my first contact, telling of my low success rate. I appreciate the effort, but something is wrong with this strain or the batches that I have received. I have tried to alert you, and all I get in response is "how are you germinating" and "you must be using poor soil'. I have ordered many times before, and have had success. I am 63, and a retired Master Gardener. I know what I am doing. The reps don't seem to know how to understand that all I am doing is reporting a bad lot of seeds. That's all. .

3 of the first 4 seeds I tried WOULD NOT GERMINATE !!! 1 feminized BananaKush and 2 feminized BruceBanner after 3 weeks these seeds STILL would not pop. I have not tried anymore yet because at $8 a seed average my money is goin down the toilet fast. The 1 seed that did pop is the autoflower BananaKush... . I'm not happy at the moment...

I would like this escalated to a manager since the person working my issue hasn't responded to my emails for 5 working days. You seem to respond within a day until I start asking about the replacement of all the seed you requested, I germinate. ILGM was and is a great company to deal with. They have a great menu to chose from with many different options for purchase. They have deals that are great as well. BOGO and others. I grew several times before but not good results. With seeds from ILGM I produced “heady” nugs which my friends all loved. Definitely going to be ordering more seeds soon and would like to start getting strong mothers to get more with. If you are going to buy seeds buy from ILGM!!
