Friendly courteous

Three weeks out and my plants are ten for ten. Looking good.

15 out of 20 germinated out the last order. On another occasion I didn't have much luck and reported it to the ILGM customer service and they completely made it right. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them for my growing needs. They were fast with getting my order to me professional and courteous.

Since you asked, I did germinate the seeds form my recent order, they came out nicely(out of 20 I only lost 6) but the ones I have look ok and the other banks I've bought from often the germination rates are even less.

I only shop for seeds at ILGM. I've been a loyal customer since since 2017 and have purchased over 100 seeds. Only once did I not have a 100% germination rate. I only had to email Robert and his crew to replace the seeds that didn't "go." Great seeds, great guidance for new gardeners...I really do HEART ILGM!

Return buyer, last purchase was so good I reordered a different verity. How ever out of the 6 all popped but 3 never sprouted thru the soil. I used jiffy pots as I did in the past, not sure what happened. I saved them for what I don't know, didn't want to make a big deal about it guess things just happen. If all grew I would have given 5 stars. Great company, will still reorder when time comes. Thanks Robert

Great costumer service and great delivery

ILGM are real pros. Excellent customer service and support. The one time I had an issue with a grow, they were totally cool and apologetic and compensated me fully with store credit. I can’t say enough positive things about this crew.

I do not buy anywhere else, quality seeds and yields. I love your guarantee because if a couple don’t sprout you have always replaced them!

Very Easy Shopping

My first batch didn't germinate. I reached out to ILGM and after asking me a few questions to ascertain whether I had attempted germination properly they promptly refunded ALL of my money as a code to use on any purchase I wanted to make on the site.

As far as the shipping I wasn't even expecting the seeds yet next thing I know they are here so the 1st day I received the zkittles auto flower seed I used two and in less then 4 days both have made tier way up through the soil.. About 14 hrs in a shot glass of water 1 day and half in a damp napkin then put in 5 gallon pot of soil.. it's been 2 weeks now and they both are doing well very strong and healthy so far.. very happy just hope I have the same success with the rest

Last year all seeds came up This year 7 out of 20 did not germinate

Received seeds and fertilizer quickly. All seeds that I have tried have sprouted by dropping in water or just by planting directly into potting mix. Both methods have worked for me. Transplanted my first small sprout to a larger and final container outside this afternoon. So far the results have been good, however I still have weeks to go before harvest. Rick NC
