I have placed 6 orders with ILGM. The shipping has been fast with no problems. The only exception I will note is with the Bruce Banner seeds I ordered on 3/12 and 3/16/21 ( Total 20). Those were a little small and I have had 5 seeds to fail to germinate so far. The finished product with all the seeds so far has been excellent quality. The information available from your website has been very helpful.

Placed my first order in 2021 and was pleased. Unfortunately I didn't store the seeds properly so they failed to germinate a year later. This last order has been very slow to germinate for reasons I don't understand? They've not FAILED to germinate but it's taking weeks no days before they are ready to plant. I'm going to recommend the company with the above mentioned reservations.

Most of my seeds sprouted I always have a few that don’t come up. However not a single Carma seed germinated. None. Otherwise I am happy with ILTGM and will continue to order from them. It would be nice to get Carma seed replacements PLEASE. Thanks Sharon

Staggered germination for a staggered harvest. 8 out 10 sprouted one week and 10 for 10 ten days later. Cool spring has hampered growth waiting on consistent warmer weather to help. Praying for some nice quality bud beginning in 10 weeks. Experienced Grower

Have use ILGM for years. Suddenly, I had multiple problems ordering... well, not ORDERING, but rather PAYING. My card kept getting booted, and the order kept showing up wrong when the page refreshed. So, I did what anyone would do, I used a different card. ALL debit cards, with plenty of money in the bank. After REPEATED ATTEMPTS over several days, refreshing, using a different computer - I did it all - I went else where and purchased some great seeds. After a few months, I came back to ILGM to order again. SAME PROBLEM. Then I emailed ILGM support. CRICKETS. NOTHING. No reply at all. So I called them and told them of my numerous issues on their site. I'm a programmer, so I know when a site malfunctions. You may have had the same issues. A friend of mine did. I am not alone. When ILGM support finally responded to me, they told me that I WAS BANNED! WHAT?! Because i had multiple issues with your site and had to try several different cards? I call B.S.

I had nothing but great customer service from ilgm.I purchased a hero pack which contains 3 different strains 1 strain did not germinate at all.when I contacted ilgm they were very quick to reply back and address the problem. THANK YOU ILGM

ILGM has never let me down, seeds are always productive, even had some laying around from 5+ years ago that germinated without a hitch! Also have to love the helpful info on the site!
