My experience with this company is hit or miss. Not all seeds seem viable

I ordered five seeds and all but one germinated. Will or can you replace that one seed?

Bought 10 G13 seeds & 7 germinated & no hesitation about sending 3 more to replace the ones that didn't germinate

The seeds were shipped on time as promised. I purchased the auto bloom mix pack and received 5 Bruce Banner 5 Gorilla Glue and 5 GSC, I placed 2 of each in a room temp glass of water for 48 hours then placed them in a damp paper towel in a dark room, I am 96 hours in and still not seeing the seeds germinate yet .I did read online that it could take up to 10 days so I'll wait and see. If not germinated by tomorrow I'm going to try 6 more. The reason I didn't try to germinate more is because I live in Ohio and we can legally grow 6. I did plan on planting more then six then weeding out the weak and keeping the best six, also hoping to get off two outdoor planting this spring/ summer. It seems I have to make a recommendation for this to go thru so its really hard to say at this point. No for now but that could change any day now lol.

Received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Second order and so far a 100% germination just as guaranteed. Highly recommend ILGM!

I ordered 10 black widow, I decided to change my soil however only one seed sprouted. I contacted IIgm about my problem. We talked back and forth a few time. IIgm stated my new soil was to hot and to go back to my previous soil. They replaced my seeds. I was able to sprout and grow 8 of the 10 seeds!!! Very happy customer. Thank you for replacing the seeds.

ILGM backs their products 100% any problems and they take care of it. I have been a customer since they were in Amsterdam. I recommend this company to all my friends.

Good and bad

been 4 days and 5 or 6 from each 20 seed pack has sprouted . done what u said step by step

I was having an issue getting my seeds to germinate and Claire was so attentive to helping me! Looking forward to my first harvest.

I have never had a company who was happy to make sure I was happy with there product and willing to help me be successful with the product. The information a new grower needs to be a good grower and to check up on my progress makes me happy .

Had a few seeds that refused to germinate. Ilgm had me try a few tricks to get them to germinate they promptly sent replacement seeds . Great company.

I missed out on $10 off coupon, I accidentally exited the website during my purchase and I didn't find where it went until after I had started my order process all over again.

I have been growing these plants for many many years- had to keep them out of sight back then. We could get seeds in our weed, I knew eventually that would come to an end, and it did. That's when I took a chance and found the best- reputable seed bank I could. That's what led me to ILGM- that was 5 yrs ago. I have had the best harvest with the seeds from ILGM- once or twice I did have a few seeds that wouldn't germinate, and as always ILGM replaced them, and in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this Co. I grow in New York State zone 5b and have had great success with these seeds. Thank you ILGM-

Just received have had chance to use

I bought 5 super skunk auto seeds and 5 dosido auto seeds. Sadly 3 of my super skunk failed to germinate, and 2 dosido seeds failed to germinate. On a positive note I did have one of each plant sprout, and with your nutrient kit they are beautiful. I am wondering if you'd be willing to replace my failed seeds? I'd surely continue to do business with you, as I appreciate all your tips and knowledge you provide. Thank you for reading this

And truly thats so important nowadays. This is my second time purchasing and while it seems like an expensive purchase upfront, I think this investment pays off more than enough. You get 1. The thrill of growing a "forbidden herb". 2. You can decide what you want to feed your plants (better for your health) 3. You get literal satisfaction from growing. 4. You get 100% guarantee your seeds give you a plant (If your seeds fail you can reach out to substitute them) 5. This site gives you information on growing. 4/5 of my plants grew fast. I reached out and they replaced the seeds that failed. Cant beat that kind of customer service.

I have ordered seeds many times. And every single time I've always had 100% germination. I've struggled with other companies ILGM always comes through 100% trustworthy
