I have been purchasing seed for over Three Years from ILGM and every seed has sprouted and produced high quality product and yields As for the customer support What can I say but they are kind, honest, and resolve any problems rapidly ILGM is the best of the best

I ordered 40 seeds popped 16 and out of 16 1 blue dream didn't make it

They did what they said! We didn’t have any problems with them. We are about 3 weeks in and the plants are doing good. So far so good !

Got the 10+10 white widow autoflower for 120$. Shipping/ordering process was great and timely. But i have soaked and germanated seeds and only have 3 out of 20 sprouting. This is not my first time doing this stuff. These seeds must be old. Works out to 40$ a seed!!! I don’t want a refund, i want viable seeds!!!!

I ordered 20 seeds got 10 free a total 2 different strains and day of arrival I followed ILGM instructions for seeding and only 1 has popped. This is quite concerning. I heard nothing but great reviews which is why I tried ILGM this time. I am not sure what the others are going to do but if they are like these; it will be very disappointing. I understand sometimes seeds just do not want to produce however 4 of the 5 is a bit too much.

Your return policy is non existant. Tried to return seeds several times only to be ignored. Had several seeds that would not germinate. No refund.

I got 8 out of 20 seeds to sprout on my first order. I wasn't going to say anything, 40% wasn't worth complaining about, but Robert Bergman emailed me and asked about how the germination went. He then sent me more seeds for the 12 that didn't germinate.

Very good, my seedlings are doing Amazing, I did have 1 out of the 4 I started, it wouldn't pop in water, but the other 3 are doing awsome I want some GG4 autos so bad but I'm going to miss the sale because I'm on a fixed income and get paid on the first....I really wish I could get the deal on those when I get paid...

Even though I live in Colorado, the selection and service and prices are far better than what I can get at the local dispensaries. Great to deal with!

I received the seeds and followed their directions for sprouting and then planting the seeds. It was going great, really! Then my grow light broke one night and I went to the basement to check on my babies and found that a mouse or ? had dug up the little seedlings for the seed out of the peat pots. I'll start over after the mouse is taken care of. Great company and great product!

We ordered 30 seeds. Only started 15. Sadly only 10 of 15 have sprouted. Then 10 that have appear to be hardy.

Only about half sprouted. Tails were short. Followed your video. These were BOGO so maybe you do that with old seeds in order to get rid of inventory.

Last year I had only 3 of 5 germinate and none came up. From my study of botany in college I think the problem is old seeds. Hybrid seeds become less fertal each year and from the bin numbers these seeds are all over a decade old. Last year's batch may have worked but these old seeds more than likely will never produce anything.

These guys unlike others in the industry stand by their word and their customer service is top notch. Use them for five years now and will continue

I'm still using White Willow seeds from almost 2 years ago. There are some that did not work after almost 2 years, but MOST did wonderful!

Had issues with some beans sprouting and ILGM responded promptly with replacements.
