arrived quickly and seeds sprouted within days

They send what you ordered. If the plant seeds are junk they will replace quickly. Little higher priced than a few other sites but not by allot and you actully can talk a person when there is an issue. That they resolve quivkly

I screwed up, and got 1 sprout from 20 seeds, so i re-order the same 20 seeds... explained what i did wrong and ILGM replaced the 20 seeds at no charge !!! yes they doubled my re-order ! So do not! try to sprout seeds on a heat pad !!!! do not!! the sprouts grew up side down, yes the root grew UP away from the heat source (the sun) ??? follow their germination instructions to the letter, and Im averaging 98% success. shop no where else!

From purchase to deliver was less then 5 days, I germinated then the day after delivery and now have sprouted plants within 10 days of purchase…. I can even put in words how blown away I am with these seed so worth the money so far Thank you!!!!!

Ordered two types of stains and nothing both bad I keep ordering and I keep old seeds. I have tried everything seed pad on refrigerator in closet on kitchen counter. I even have wireless temp gage to keep track of temp I even made a special box with heat pad I keep thinking I’m doing wrong following you grower’s guide and even others instructions and nothing and I have no no luck ( you are the first seed company I tried and they did great on new arrivals ie banna mango when they came out great. Then I tried not new seed and nothing ( if you couldn’t send two / 5 new seeds I would be happy I would recommend you on new seeds but not at all your seeds I like you service and mailing good but only new seed

The shipping was pretty fast I planted them as soon as I got them I ordered 30 planted the 12 I was allowed to have and only 7 started to grow as of right now not so happy I hope the rest of them will grow or I wasted a lot of money for nothing I'm gonna plant another 5 hopefully they'll sprout If I get reimbursed for the bad ones or something I will update my rating

I just started the germination process but my order arrived in a nice neat package, on time as promised. The seeds look good, plump and healthy. At this stage it’s Five Stars!

So far 4 seeds have germinated overall happy with the seeds

Planting season is still two months away but I did start four plants as a test to see how it goes. Three out of four seeds sprouted and are looking healthy. Hope to get a better than 75 % success rate ,but will know better in a month or so.

I found llgm's website very informative and easy to navigate. After my selection of products, there were several convenient payment methods to select for payment. I chose the direct deposit payment method which was easy. llgm kept me informed as to the status of my order. So far I had one seed that did not germinate and expect no issue as to their guarantee. I would definitely recommend!

I had a pretty large order I placed, an 10% did not sprout there was some confusion when I told ilgm but they went over and beyond what I expected or could of even asked for to make it right. Thanks a million ilgm.

I had a few of my seeds not come up. I contacted there support team and they resolved the issue quickly and got me my new seeds in no time.
