ILGM communicates well with email. I received 10 Sour Diesel seeds in less than a week of ordering. Packaging was an envelope with two 5 seed per small zip locks labeled in code. I feel they could be mailed in a more protective container however. I got 9 normal size seeds, one half as big as the others. Not sure why when grading seeds this tiny one got by, at $11 a seeds you would expect every seed the same. I chose 3 of the normal size and the tiny seed to germinate first, leaving the other 6 in their zip lock package, in air tight, sanitized medicine bottle covered in alum. foil for darkness, put in fridge at 34 degrees for storage. Soaked 4 seeds in neutral ph spring water for 12 hours, then paper towel technique in zip lock for 24 hours. 3 large ones had 1/4" root and the other just poking through. Transferred these, root down, about 2 cm from surface of Rapid Rooters, per instructions, put in complete darkness, 70 degrees, 1/4" water in base. 24 hours. Two seedlings showed their heads, one on the way 4th not showing. Once three broke through, I put in grow tent with low intensity LED light at 24", 72 degrees. 36 hours two plants are up 3/4" with green leaves, one is up 1/2" with brownish stem and no leaves showing yet, fourth is showing its shell at surface of Rapid Rooter. I am concerned about the brownish one, I do feel the forth one will burst through within a day. However, If those two seedlings fail, will see how ILGM responds to this issue, and will re- review ILGM at that time.

My order was processed promptly and received in a few days. So far all of the seeds I've tried to germanate have sprouted in a little over 48 hours. I've transferred them into soil and I'm anxiously waiting for them to peek out. The one time I contacted customer service (because I was having trouble downloading a grow guide) I received prompt and courteous service. I expect this to be my go to source for growing products in the futue.

Hi shipping was fast! 1 did not germinate out of 10. The 9 are starting to sprout.(GG4 did not germinate) I have 5 more seeds to germinate Next week in the greenhouse!
