I ordered 20 feminized seeds, they can lose in the mail bag, the experience was horrible and I am thinking I am done with you all! I want twenty news seeds sent properly (as have every time I’ve ordered from you) as in past. If not WE ARE DoNE. I will expect response soon. There is no other solution. Your choice. Art McGuff

I have bought a lot of seeds from ilgm I've had mostly good results, I once had some seeds that only about half of them germinated and they was replaced no hassle. For the most part the seeds are all excellent they all sprout. Sometimes you just get bad seeds it happens however they always promptly replace them. My last order of Northern lights and super lemon Haze the northern lights are all sprouting the super lemon Haze only about half of them are sprouting. When I'm done sprouting them all I will contact ilgm and I'm sure they will replace the ones that didn't sprout very honorable company

So I had ordered the Tangie Autos. The 1st 5 didn't Germinate. I felt just awful about it. It also set me back quite a lot timewise. BUT... once again, ILGM held fast to their germination guarantee and sent out 5 more. I stepped on one and crushed the poor gal, but the other 4 are now sprouted about an inch from the top of their soil. I am super stoked to see how they turn out. Also, all the Kats at CS are just a phenomenal bunch of humans.

I had an issue one time with germination and they immediately fixed it and sent me new beans. Never had another issue. I love ILGM and promote them to anyone wanting to get good quality genetics.

Great seed genetics….I have tried over two dozen strains from ILGM with stellar results, my favorite is TrainWreck…..my current seed strain from ILGM is SweetTooth, a cannabis cup winner 1st place 2001….winning a cup is my standard rule before bringing in a new strain….I have grown seeds from several other sites with terrible real world results like pine flavor or hermaphrodites or an utterly fire proof, flame retarded Papaya strain….my most trusted seed vendor for years is Robert’s ILGM….have confidence in your seed shopping and try TrainWreck!

Great company been doing business with them for four years

New grower here. I got my hands on the northern lights and golden leaf feminized seeds during the week of St. Patrick’s day and received my order within that same week. I was told (by a long time grower and good friend) that I would realistically loose 25% of what I start with then another 25% when growing (yielding about 50% start to finish). So far I started with 7 seeds and within 3-4 days ALL 7 of those seeds are growing !! I’m still in the early stages of growing but so far these seeds have been beyond what I expected and I am very excited to try this new adventure. Not too sure what seeds im gunna try next year, but im beyond stoked with the first results of this batch of seeds. P.S. to all the new growers, make sure to read the amazing tips and tricks ILGM gives, they are super helpful and they will definitely make sure you have the right knowledge of how to grow

Love the options of seeds and packs I've had a couple seeds that didn't germinate and there customer services sent replacements this is the only place I shop for my MJ seeds.

First seeds were crushed in transit. Contacted customer service and had replacement seeds in less than a week. Service is outstanding would recommend in a heart beat. Thanks for the great customer service. Will definitely use again.

I’ve shopped ILGM multiple times now and have been very satisfied with selection to shipping and of course quality product. Only reason 4 stars as only had 50% germination and been a week still waiting on response from email. We shall see

Hi there! I have a problem, and I would be grateful if I could solve it. Between myself and my son, we have purchased seeds from you, and have grown Skywalker OG (feminized), Blue Haze (feminized), Girl Scout Cookies Extreme (autoflower), Peanut Butter Breath (autoflower), and Apple Fritter (autoflower). This year, I have decided to begin with Girl Scout Cookies Extreme (feminized) and Northern Lights (autoflower). I have not yet begun to germinate the Girl Scout Cookies Extreme for this year, but I am trying to get the Northern Lights autoflower sprouted. Now, with the photoperiod (feminized) strains, we have not had any issues with the beginning stages, as we had 100% germination and sprouting, which led to full growth and a good result. However, that was not the case with the autoflower strains for some reason. Last year, I bought GSCE autoflower, getting the Buy 10, get 10 Free deal. Of the original 20, I succeeded in getting 6 to germinate (in soil) and only had one make it past the germination stage. I contacted you, and you replaced the 20 seeds. This time, I germinated them in water in darkness, and although most of them did germinate, they didn't survive past that stage, and I had one more make it to be a plant. I contacted you again, and you replaced the 10 seeds. That time, I did as the tutorial said, and once again, ended up with one plant out of 10 seeds going the full distance. The three Girl Scout Cookies Extreme plants that I did get to harvest were awesome, and probably were my favorite. I went to see my son, and discuss his results, as he was the one who had 100% success with the feminized strains. He told me that his experience with the autoflower strains was similar to my own, having gotten only a couple of plants. This year I am germinating 5 seeds at a time and using coco coir and Bergman's nutrients. So far, I have one sprout out of 15 planted with 100% germination. I'm following the steps. Why the low ratio?

Virginia legalized cannabis so I decided to give it a go with autoflowers and make solventless bubble hash. I made all the rookie mistakes and still haven’t perfected dealing with seedlings, but the staff at ILGM has been patient and helpful. I especially like the education material and would like to see more of it. I recently contacted Alex asking for advice on which cultivars “wash” best. He gave me some good pointers but some of those plants ILGM doesn’t sell as autoflowers. I pointed out that ILGM has introduced many new varieties that I’d like to try but they don’t even have customer reviews yet. It would be great if Robert would do an educational review with his recommendations. My sincere thx to Alex, Robert ant the entire staff!

I ordered 10 seeds. I received 10 seeds. I didn't get my free seeds. That was the only reason I chose your company. I could have chosen another company.

I have been a customer for 8 years and if I ever have a problem it is solved very fast. This company is top notch.

When I see a company claim certain things, some things that seem too good too be true, I usually look somewhere else. Too many companies make fantastic promises but when you have a claim, customer service is an email to nowhere. So when ILGM said they would 'guarantee germination', I was skeptical. But intrigued enough to take a chance and place an order. Everything arrived quickly and in good condition...Upon starting my seeds, tho, I experienced a 30% failure rate. Kind of disappointing as I followed germination instructions to a T. I contacted ILMG expecting to be blown off, Instead, I experienced rather exceptional customer service. Sarah asked several questions about how I was trying to germinate the seeds, soil type being used, etc. My skeptical side assumed she was looking for a loophole to negate my claim. But in reality, she cared that the process I was using was correct and that I wasn't jeopardizing my success by doing something stupid. Once it was established it wasn't anything I was or wasn't doing, replacement seeds were sent immediately. So, they do indeed do what they say they will do, without a judgmental or accusatory attitude. I appreciate that.
