Goede service na een teleurstellende ervaring

Na een teleurstellende ervaring met de klanten service is het allemaal keurig opgelost . Bedankt voor de klantvriendelijkheid . Blij met mijn kleding jurk/tuniek . Ik draag al jarenlang kleding van het merk Elsewhere . Helaas is de winkel gestopt met de verkoop van het merk . Erg jammer . Nu online kopen en dat is even wennen .

Mooie jurk met snelle bezorging . Niets op aan te merken .

Ik had een jurk gekocht 159 euro . Geen korting geen outlet . De dag na mijn bestelling kreeg ik een mail dat er bij een besteding vanaf 150 euro een bag twv 39 euro cadeau werd gedaan . Aangezien ik bij mijn pakket / jurk geen bag cadeau gekregen heb , heb ik nog een mail gestuurd naar Elsewhere. De reactie van de medewerker was zeer teleurstellend . Ik kwam niet in aanmerking voor de bag omdat dit 1 dag later inging nadat ik mijn bestelling gedaan had . Hoezo coulance naar de cliënten . Erg jammer deze reactie .
