Veel geleerd over slaap. Ik heb nog steeds wel eens een slechte nacht, maar weet nu in ieder geval wat ik moet doen als ik wakker lig. Dankzij de tips van Norbert voel ik me een stuk fitter. Dankjewel!

Highly effective and personal

Working with Culture of Sleep has been amazing! I was having trouble staying alert throughout the day and I wasn’t able to stay awake during evenings at home. Norbert is very attentive and understanding. He found habits I didn't even realize I had and helped me analyse my situation in a way that felt comfortable to me. After each call I felt confident that I had discovered another piece of the puzzle. He helped me break down solutions in small steps and kept me feeling supported and very motivated. Norbert helped me to build up habits over the course of a couple of months and I have more focus and alertness as a result. No more afternoon pick-me-up coffees for me. Couldn’t be happier!

Highly recommended

Norbert coached me during the first half of 2020. I have never been a good sleeper, but it was getting worse and worse. I thought I was doing everything I could to get a good nights sleep, but Norbert showed me that, in fact, I had some very unproductive habits. My sleep has gotten noticeably better since. Norbert is an easy person to talk to, I highly recommend working with him.
