Having bought before to try the product and found the Glucosamine Extra Stark for dogs to be effective and service in general very good, I thought I would be clever and order for £ 100 worth to avoid the hefty shipping charge so I ordered 180+360 taking my total to £ 104.90. They then applied loyalty discount of 5% taking it down to £ 99.90 and then of course the system stung me with the shipping charge again! I thought I would write and point out that this is not quite right and the response I got was that I should just have added a small item to stay over. I did not request the loyalty discount and if you want to give it then give it unconditionally to returning customs. For that reason I wont give you 5 stars. I wonder if you will even publish this review. Will watch the space.

Great products, fast delivery and extraordinary customer service.

Whilst the staff are all very friendly and helpful my first order to the UK had issues. I initially received an email to say the order was being processed, then 10 days or so later still no notification from shippers or Pharma that my order was on its way. I eventually called them to find out that some 'technical' error meant my order was not on the system. My order was 139 euros so I was concerned. I did finally receive my goods over 3 weeks from the initial order. I will order again from them with the assumption they have sorted out these issues.

Good prices and low dosage which is a big plus when you are feeding many horses. So happy to have found this and I am recommending to everyone I know. The way it was packaged for shipping super so nothing got smashed. I was afraid as I had ordered the 10 liter linseed oil, but everything was intact. I have tried many times that everything is smashed and the delivery is pissed as they have powder or pellets everywhere and I am missing most of my products. Already filled the basket for my next order!
