My order doesn’t arrived

I also wrote to them yesterday and they didn’t answered me. I made an order in the last days of April and the order doesn’t arrived yet.

Unfortunately, when delivering packages we depend on the parcel services and delivery companies and they are not always strict with the delivery of the goods. I appreciate that it’s sent from within EU. Mg Citrate for humans is really good, I appreciate the fast delivery. I will definitely come back and I hope you add some more minerals, like copper and zink, maybe some good mineral mixtures like California Trace in US or MadBarn in CA. We need quality mineral mixtures for horses without added sugar/molasses and fillers.

Buongiorno, al mio cavallo di 10 anni è stata diagnosticata la EMND e gli sono state prescritte dosi massicce di vitamina E. Inizialmente ho acquistato un prodotto che però conteneva anche selenio ed il costo era troppo elevato, così cercando in internet ho trovato la vostra vitamine E, e devo dire che è ottima sia come qualità che come costo, il mio cavallo lo sta assumendo da tre mesi e con il veterinario stiamo riscontrando un netto miglioramento della sua condizione fisica. Quindi non ho nessuna intenzione di cambiare prodotto; anche per quanto riguarda la consegna direi che non mi posso lamentare, perché da quando effettuo l'ordine devo attendere solo una settimana per avere ciò che ho acquistato.
