Hello Tim,
You chose an untracked shipping method, like the site states, this shipping method is at your own risk.
We have been lenient and we re-shipped the order twice after it did not arrive. That means we lost the products you have ordered 3 times.
Unfortunately we can not stay re-shipping untracked orders if they do not arrive. I always advise to choose a tracked shipping method so that we can investigate any issues with the delivery.
Last of all, this review page is independent, we can not remove any negative reviews, and if we could, we wouldn't even want to do that.
I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused, but I hope you can understand our situation too.
