Coolblue is slow to respond to your emails.
If you contact Coolblue with a question, you can be sure that they will answer you at the very last turn, in a day, two, three, when they finish all their important things. I'm not just saying this. I was planning to make a purchase in this store and wanted to find out some controversial points about the delivery of the goods. I have written several emails to customer service. And what do you think? I received an answer to my question only after 4 days! Guys, are you serious, 4 days? Is this your wonderful service that you talk about so much? Is that how you run your business? I imagine you write an urgent letter to your important business partner, but you get a response in 4 days. To my question: why is it taking so long, Coolblue answered me: we were busy. And that's it! And the point here is not that I cannot wait 4 days, although there are situations when you really need to urgently resolve some issues for work. The fact is that during these 4 days this product on the Coolblue website has risen in price by 100 euros! Accidentally...
This kind of disdain for customers has become the norm. Shops either ignore your messages altogether or respond after 4 days!
