Zeer interessant en veel genoten.
Viktory was an unusual book. I haven’t come across books over cricket or other sports as much, but I guess that’s my personal choice. I found it a very well-paced book. It was definitely not boring, which is for me really important. And I loved the facts and the step by step walking through not only the experience of the protagonist but also as a person who is reading it who could walk through with him. So, I really enjoyed reading the book. It was well-paced, very interesting, and yeah, I love cricket, so for me it wasn’t a major introduction, but I am sure for those who are novice to that this would contribute to a better understanding of the game. And I sincerely hope that it will be popular in Europe and England, but for the people who don’t know how cricket works, this is an excellent manual, but it is not instructions, it is an experience. I loved the journey of the protagonist, and that was so well presented, and it was knitted together with the whole skill of cricket, so I would definitely recommend it to all my European friends and family, who have no idea how it works, but it’s a new discovery, and more than anything, it’s an amazing tribute to a person, a kid, who actually has dedication and the drive and the resilience to get where he wants. Beautifully written, beautifully expressed and definitely a must-read.
