Goed bereikbare klantenservice

Ik had 5 maart een meta quest 3 besteld, meteen geld overgemaakt via paypal en kreeg via email het bericht dat het product niet op voorraad was en dat de wachttijd 2 weken was. Dat was redelijk, maar na 2 weken nam ik contact op en kreeg vlot antwoord dat het nog een week extra of langer kon duren en dat vond ik te lang zeker omdat ik vooraf niet wist dat het niet op voorraad was. Na een email kreeg ik een bevestiging dat ik binnen 10 werkdagen mijn geld teruggestort zou krijgen. Via paypal kreeg ik snel bericht dat het bedrag in behandeling werd genomen. Uiteindelijk heeft het op dezeweg wel langer geduurt, maar vandaag 12 april wel mijn geld terug. Ik ben wel tevreden met bereikbaarheid en hulp van klantenservice van vr expert. Het is een eerlijk bedrijf en wens ze succes met hun bedrijf en hopelijk krijgen ze hun meta quest 3 eerder geleverd van leverancier.

nightmare

I was tricked into paying for a pair of Metaquest glasses that were not in stock (I found out later). I was promised that I would receive them in 7-14 days and even after a month I have not received them. Unfortunately, I am having problems including returning the money

Still no update about shipment

Original shipping date was the beginning of March, then it became 11/03. It’s now 17/3 and i haven’t got the slightest clue when my order comes jn.

Er wordt voorraad aangegeven maar die is er niet

Ik wou graag een meta quest 3 proberen. Er werd beloofd vandaag besteld morgen in huis. Ik moest al moeten zoeken wie hem op voorraad had. Nou hun hadden hem. Ik besteld en wachten maar helaas géén metaquest. 7 dagen later op mijn verjaardag, ook geen metaquest. Nu drie weken later nog niets. Dus als je iets besteld bij vr Expert bel dan even na of ze het daadwerkelijk op voorraad hebben. Nu bijna een maand later wacht ik nog steeds geduldig maar vol verwachting.
